We recently updated our 2028 class rankings in Virginia, adding over 25 names in a class that continues to get better it seems like every day. Here's a look at part two of the wings from the Northern VA area.

#28) [player_tooltip player_id='3554519' first='Jahad' last='Mansour'] | 6'3” SF | Edison

Mansour has quietly become one of the more intriguing prospects in the DMV area, especially in NOVA public schools, after having a breakout season for Edison this past year. He's a strong and versatile piece that can impact the game in a number of ways on both ends of the floor, he can really shoot it from deep and makes shots well coming off of screens, he can get downhill and use his strength and athleticism to finish through contact, and he's a very good rebounder for his position too.

#31) [player_tooltip player_id='2918988' first='Connor' last='Cully'] | 6'4” SG | Bishop O'Connell

Cully was one of the biggest breakout players at the first session of the DMV Live, as he was absolutely lights out from deep and continues to show he'll be one of the top shooters in the WCAC this next season. At 6'4” he has great positional size and it allows him to get his shot off without needing much room, he works well off the ball whether it's relocating or coming off screens and sets his feet well on the move, he has a quick release and deep range, and he is really good at reading closeouts and making the right decisions attacking them.

#43) [player_tooltip player_id='3554531' first='Finn' last='Gardner'] | 6'3” SG | Briar Woods

Gardner is the type of player that any coach would love to have on their team, as he is going to impact the game in a positive matter and make winning plays on both ends of the floor in ways that do and don't show up on the stat sheet. He is an excellent defender who moves his feet well to stay in front and challenges shots well on the perimeter, he can knock down open shots from deep off the catch, he is a good athlete in transition and when he gets downhill, and he always seems to be in the mix to make something happen.

#49) [player_tooltip player_id='3554539' first='Kaden' last='Golston'] | 6'3” SF | Stone Bridge

Golston is a star on the football field, and a lot of that toughness and athleticism he brings out there he also brings to the hardwood, and that in itself makes him a very effective player across the board. He uses his strength and athleticism to get downhill and initiate contact to finish through it, he's dynamite in transition whether it's running the floor or pushing it himself, he can make open shots to keep defenses honest, and he's an absolute dog on the defensive end and hitting the glass too.

#55) [player_tooltip player_id='2919978' first='Declan' last='Conley'] | 6'4” SG | Potomac School

Conley had a good showing for a Potomac School that showed during DMV Live that they will be a very good team this year, and he's going to be a big part of that with his ability to space the floor and make good decisions. He has good size and a frame that should fill out which bolds well for him moving forward, he makes great reads when he's on the ball, he can light it up from deep, and he brings a toughness to him as he isn't afraid to get physical in the paint either.

#58) [player_tooltip player_id='3281119' first='Jacob' last='Jenkins'] | 6'3” SG | Evergreen Christian

Jenkins was a big part of Evergreen winning their first ever state championship last season, and he's one of the more underrated prospects in the entire DMV that coaches should take a look at. The 6'3” off guard is a big time athlete who is able to finish above the rim or elevate over smaller defenders and finish at the rim, he can change speeds and blow by defenders when he's on the ball, he has all the tools to be a lock down defender at the next level, and with a bigger role he should get more exposure this next season.

#64) [player_tooltip player_id='2921126' first='Khing' last='Terrell'] | 6'3” SF | SSSAS

Terrell is another very talented player in the area who has at times been overshadowed by more experienced players, but when he gets his chance he could be a breakout player over the next year or so. The 6'3” wing can play on or off the ball and is very good in isolation scenarios where he can create space or get downhill, he's good in transition where he can make plays for himself and others, he can work off the ball and knock down open shots, and when he gets it going he can be tough to stop.
