River City Reign dominates at Phenom Hoops Live

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Every year, Phenom Hoops has been one of the top independent circuits year after year, and this year it was no surprise that they brought out the coaches once again. [program_tooltip program_id='2248971' first='River' last='City Reign'] was once again one of the more talked-about programs throughout the weekend. They combined their 17U and 16U teams to play together, and you wouldn't have known, because these guys showed out and played great team basketball against some great competition. He stands at about 6'7 he has a great blend of size and athleticism, and he brings his elite motor every time he steps on the floor. He was among one of the top players in VA in the 2027 class. He is a defensive anchor who alters shots around the rim and rebounds at a very high rate. He can post up well around the rim or turn and face the basket and knock down open jumpers. He's a strong finisher who plays well through contact and overtime; as he adds more muscle, he will be a force to be reckoned with at the next level. He has received a handful of JUCO offers and has some D3/D2 interest, which I'm sure he will continue to gain more interest as time progresses. What I like most about him is his ability to play extended stretches and bring it all game long; he rarely gets tired and never takes a possession off. Isaiah has a quick first step and is an excellent ball-handler. He is known as a knockdown shooter who can score from multiple levels; he is also a high-IQ decision maker and passer. He is an impact player as the primary ball-handler or off the ball. Will is a very athletic 6'5 wing who is just scratching the surface of how good he really can be. Will is a lengthy and explosive wing who does an excellent job of using his length to his advantage on both sides of the ball. He defends multiple positions well, rebounds well, and has really developed his jump shot nicely this summer. He will be a big piece for Glen Allen High School moving forward. I am glad these 2028 prospects for [program_tooltip program_id='2248971' first='River' last='City Reign'] got this experience of playing up, as it was a good chance for them to get early exposure and get a taste of some really good competition.
