I even wrote about it in the spring. But he's definitely a combo guard, and I'm looking forward to focusing on that part of his game. Defenses respect him as a shooter and I believe he can use that to create opportunities for his Michigan Jayhawks teammates.

Campbell impressed me multiple times in the spring, and I'm willing to bet that he will again. Campbell is a true point guard who can create space for himself and his teammates. This ultimately helps him facilitate and find open teammates. Campbell is a smooth guard who can play at a variety of paces.

I'm intrigued by this athletic guard. Ypsilanti graduated their starting point guard so there should be a lot of ball in hand time available this season. I'm looking forward to seeing his pace of play and ability to create for his teammates.

King impressed me in Grand Rapids early in the spring and I'll have my eye on him again this weekend in Dearborn Heights. King can handle the ball and change direction quickly. He showed the ability to put a defender on his hip. I think we will be able to see him use this to create finishing chances and opportunities to draw the D and dish it off across the lane.

Morrow is listed as a combo guard, but similar to Munro above, I look forward to focusing on his point guard skills this weekend. He's a solid on ball defender who can use good defensive anticipation to create steals and turnovers. I think he could use this over the weekend to create instant offense on the other end of the floor.

The Prep Hoops Circuit returns to Dearborn Heights this weekend with the Great Lakes Closer. I'm looking forward to seeing some high quality point guard play at the event. To preview the Great Lakes Closer, we're going to take a closer look at some PG's to see.
