In this article I feature 6 of the top shooters that I saw who competed in the Pangos All-American Camp earlier this week.

Howard Williams (pictured) - 2027 - Overtime Elite - Howard Williams is a rising 2027 who commands attention thanks to his size, strength, and elite shooting. At around 6'7 with a well-built frame, he has the physical tools to overwhelm defenders on his way to the rim. He utilizes his strength to power through contact, while his height and athleticism allow him to finish over taller prospects. In addition to his ability to get downhill, he can really pour it in from 3-point land. His textbook form and focus help him connect on a high volume of long-range shots. He finished the round-robin games with 15 triples, earning a share of the Thomas "Toody" Ciricione King of the Arc Champion Award and a Top 30 Game selection. When you combine his scoring ability with his feel for the game, it's easy to see why he's regarded as one of the top prospects in attendance. I also think it's safe to say he has more offers on the way this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2374347' first='Aaron' last='McMorran II'] - 2028 - Desert Pines - [player_tooltip player_id='2374347' first='Aaron' last='McMorran II'] was one of the best shooters in the gym at the Pangos All-American Camp, and he has the numbers to back it up. He earned a share of the Thomas "Toody" Ciricione King of the Arc Champion Award after splashing in 15 triples during the four round-robin games, tying Zaire Rasshan and Howard Williams. A Top 60 Game selection, he knocked down three more shots from downtown, giving him 18 total and ultimately the most of anyone in attendance. Not only did he fill it up from beyond the arc, but he showcased his defensive skills as well, locking down his matchup on the perimeter. He also had a phenomenal block-and-throw-ahead sequence that led to a lob for one of his teammates. All in all, the 2028 guard impressed and made an incredibly strong case to move into the national rankings.

Ricky Moore Jr. - 2027 - Ambassador Christian - I wasn't familiar with Ricky Moore Jr. prior to the Pangos All-American Camp, but he certainly turned heads and looked comfortable at Bishop Gorman, regularly draining shots from distance. He is fairly nonchalant out there and makes smart moves off the ball to become available for catch-and-shoot opportunities. He also isn't one to hesitate if he has a clean look and makes opponents pay if they give him too much room to let it go. Moore Jr. had a few games where he buried multiple 3-pointers, and he also plays off two feet when he gets into the paint. His performances got noticed by other scouts as well, and he was selected to the Top 30 Game. At the moment, it looks like he has a healthy number of Division I offers, and whoever lands him will be getting a confident and poised prospect

Brandon Mason Jr. - 2027 - ABC Prep - I have been following Brandon Mason Jr. for a minute now, and he continues to impress. He is a legit marksman from the outside who constantly hunts shots and utilizes his quick trigger to avoid defenders attempting to alter his shot. His ability to score in bunches is also noteworthy, and he is capable of making two or three triples in a row if defenses don't take him away. He also has a smooth mid-range jump shot in his bag and can get to it if opponents start to close out on him a little too quickly. His strong play throughout the week led to a selection to the Top 60 Game. With time to keep expanding his game, he should be prepared to be a contributor at the next level. Expect more buzz around his name in the coming months, and his recruitment will likely pick up as well.

Zaire Rasshan - 2027 - Damien - Zaire Raashan is another prospect who earned a share of the Thomas "Toody" Ciricione King of the Arc Champion Award. He clearly gets a ton of shots up on his own, and his shooting stroke is very consistent. He also puts himself in good positions to get clean looks, but can drop in 3's if there's a hand in his face as well. He stayed aggressive throughout the camp and always looked ready to fire when the ball found him. When a shooter is connecting at the rate he was, defenses have to account for him at all times. There simply aren't many shooters out there like him, and he'll be a player worth tracking during the Live Period events just around the corner.

Zain Majeed - 2027 - Mater Dei - Zain Majeed gets the job done on offense and can score in a variety of ways. He is lethal when he has catch-and-shoot chances and can cash in on the majority of them. He also isn't one to force shots and will pass it off if his teammates have the better opportunity. Majeed utilizes his IQ and athleticism to be a playmaker in transition as well, leaking out at the right times and making tough finishes or throwing down dunks routinely. His performances also landed him a spot in the Top 60 Game, and it's evident that he'll be a problem during his senior campaign. He can really score with ease at times and isn't an easy guy to contain when he gets going.
