Adidas Jr. 3SSB Nationals: 6th Grade Wing Standouts

Rock Hill, S.C. — After breaking down the top <a href="https://prephoops.com/2026/07/adidas-jr-3ssb-nationals-6th-grade-backcourt-standouts/">backcourt</a> performers from the 12U Gold Division, we now shift our focus to the wings from the 2026 adidas Jr. 3SSB Boys National Championships.   The 12U Gold Division featured 35 teams across 11 pools and plenty of talent on the perimeter. Wings played a major role throughout the tournament, impacting games with their scoring, length, athleticism, and ability to contribute in multiple areas. Many of the top performers were asked to take on significant responsibilities for their teams and consistently delivered.   Below are five wings who stood out with their play and production during the 2026 adidas Jr. 3SSB Boys National Championships…    Max Ellis was a steady source of production for the New York Gauchos throughout the Jr. 3SSB National Championships. Across five games in Rock Hill, he averaged 17.2 points per game and was effective in doing so with his ability to score from multiple spots on the floor. He attacked with purpose, absorbed contact well, and never shied away from physical play. His aggressive mindset allowed him to maintain a high level of offensive production throughout the tournament. Ellis also brought value on the defensive end, where his strength helped him hold his ground and make life difficult for opposing guards. His impact was felt on both sides of the floor and played a major role in the Gauchos getting to the 12U Gold Division semifinals.     When it comes to long-term upside, Harper Garnett was one of the most intriguing prospects we evaluated in the 12U Gold Division at the Jr. 3SSB National Championships and was a major piece to D1 Minnesota reaching the semifinals. His size and length immediately jump out when watching him along with his steady impact and production from the wing position. While averaging 11.5 points per game, Garnett showed the ability to score the basketball in multiple ways. His skill set projects very well especially with more physical development coming in the near future. Perhaps most encouraging is the potential he possesses on the defensive end. With his length, mobility, and ability to guard different types of players, Garnett has the tools to become a highly impactful two-way prospect as he continues to develop.     Land also belongs firmly in the conversation when discussing the highest-upside prospects we evaluated at the Jr. 3SSB National Championships. His length is exceptionally impressive for a 6th grade, and he pairs those physical tools with a skill level that stands out on the wing position. Land showed a polished scoring package throughout the weekend and looked comfortable creating with the ball in his hands. He did a good job adjusting to defenders, rarely forcing the action and consistently finding efficient ways to score. What makes him particularly intriguing is how naturally the game seems to come to him. He plays with patience, lets opportunities develop, and doesn't try to do more than what the game calls for. There is a lot to like about his long-term outlook, especially given how well his game already projects moving forward.     Coming from a strong basketball pedigree, Prince Okotie is starting to carve out his own path and becoming a household name on the west coast. His play while playing up in the 13U Gold Division for Lakeshow Hoops at the Jr. 3SSB National Championships showed a lot of encouraging signs moving forward. Standing at six-foot-three, he has the size and natural tools of a wing with the versatility in his offensive game standing out the most. He was confident in handling the ball, creating different scoring opportunities and making plays at a high level for his team. Just as encouraging was the progress he showed defensively. Okotie was far more impactful on that end of the floor than previous evaluations, using his length and activity level to disrupt opponents and make winning plays. As his game continues to mature, he is starting to put together the profile of a well-rounded two-way wing with significant upside.     Kameorn Stokes proved to be a reliable scoring option for MBJ Elite at the Jr. 3SSB National Championships. Across four games, he averaged 10.0 points per game while consistently finding ways to produce offensively. Stokes was comfortable scoring from different areas of the floor, making him a difficult matchup for opposing defenses. Beyond the scoring, his feel for the game and smooth playmaking ability stood out throughout the tournament. He played at a controlled pace, made quality decisions with the ball, and did a good job creating opportunities for both himself and his teammates.
