The reigning Gatorade Player of the Year is back and will be unquestionably the leader of the Timberwolves. The master of the mid-range pull-up, the point guard is a physical guard who blows by defenders off the dribble and is also capable of playing off the ball and hitting catch-and-shoot jumpers. An intense defensive player, the rising senior has a flair for the dramatic as witnessed by his clutch threes in last year's state title game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2124995' first='Carter' last='Lemon'] 5-11 G 2027

A good all-around athlete - Lemon also excels on the football field - the rising senior is not surprisingly a versatile two-way player. Lemon capably knocks down open shots, makes good decisions to find open teammates, and can really lock down opponents with his on-the-ball defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2132783' first='Damian' last='Olvera'] 6-6 F 2027

A versatile big, Olvera has continued his development at Tualatin the past couple of seasons and should be a threat to score both inside and out as a rising senior. He's got solid moves in the post, a solid mid-range jumper, and works hard on the boards and with his interior defense.

A transfer from Wells, the big man led the state in both rebounding and blocked shots last season. Blessed with great athleticism, strength, and power, when the rising senior big man plays with motor he's potentially the most dominant big man in the state on both ends of the floor.

Their starting point guard returns to help lead their offensive attack this winter. Joyner is a quick guard with a capable handle who can beat his man and get downhill. He's one of their main penetrators and will create a bunch for them getting into the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140817' first='Gabe' last='Kearney'] 6-3 SG 2027

Kearney is a sharpshooter from downtown who can really catch fire and has continued to add to his moves and footwork off the dribble to get into his shots smoothly. Uses his body well to protect the dribble and give himself space to see the floor, and has developed a pretty reliable midrange pull-up as well. Has the strength and will to contribute on the boards too, and should be their top guy next winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2912163' first='Cruz' last='Palepoi'] 6-5 F 2028

Palepoi is a strong forward who got solid minutes for the Wildcats last season. He'll bang inside against opposing posts, fight for rebounding position, and has the athleticism to defend the perimeter as well. He's a key big for them who should be relied on to get them extra possessions and finish out defensive stops with boards.
