Having just updated the Prep Hoops South Carolina class of 2028 Rankings, I kept an eye on this class of rising juniors to tie a bow on them before we turn our attention to the 2027s this week. He started both games that the Runnin' Rebels played on Tuesday, knocking down 6 threes between the two matchups. I watched Gavin and the Wildcats at the Wofford Team Camp in an in-state matchup with Wren, in which they were very impressive. He came out really active on both ends of the floor, showing off an improved handle and the ability to score or pass off of it, along with an ability to create stocks with his length. Jackson was productive in a matchup with Butler (GA) on Saturday, creating several tough buckets for himself off the dribble at multiple levels. It won't stay that way, as I'm getting a better feel for his game, and I'm intrigued by his combination of length and shooting every time I watch. Treivan is one of the best shooters in his class, as he proved with 3 made threes in a win over Hickory Ridge (NC), but he will have the responsibility of being more than just a spot-up shooter this year. He has a good handle and changes pace well to get downhill, so once he fully grasps the feel for making his teammates better, Wright will be one of the best guards in the state. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
