An upstate Point Guard who could break out this season is El Amin at Woodmont. He should have a lot of the ball because of how their roster is now constructed, and I’m a big fan of his ability to shoot it, beat defenders off the bounce, and finish around bodies. Gavin is as crafty as they come, and his lack of size never seems to stop him from efficiently scoring or setting others up.

Another 2028 Guard who could break out this season is Woodmont’s Gavin El Amin Gavin El Amin 5'10" | PG Woodmont | 2028 State SC . I watched Gavin and the Wildcats at the Wofford Team Camp in an in-state matchup with Wren, in which they were very impressive. El Amin, the Point Guard, was a big reason why they clicked, balancing playmaking and scoring with 19 points and 4 assists.
