The Nxt Pro circuit set up shop, deep in Montgomery County over the weekend to showcase prospects from the Northeast all the way down to the South. Some highly-recruited players did their thing, but so did a few under the radar guys. Here's who caught my eye:

[player_tooltip player_id='3540621' first='Jayden' last='Brown'] | 6'2 G 2027 Local Legends

Brown's efficient-but-shifty handle and change of pace were key against GRB. All he needed was a hesi and half a step to dart past his primary defender and get into the lane. There, Brown maneuvered around help defenders and rim protectors with spin moves and euros, before finding angles to score. He contributed further by using his speed to grab rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2353632' first='Makai' last='Ragland'] | 6'6 W/F 2027 Local Legends

Local Legends' depth was elevated by Ragland's potency on both ends. He created havoc inside the arc, propelling his crew to a double-digit lead that they never relinquished. A tweener in the best way, Ragland finished plays on the perimeter with spot-up threes, as well as at the rim with rolls and cuts. He also pulled-up and side-stepped his way into more threes. 19p, 4r, 2s 1b

[player_tooltip player_id='2889358' first='Prince' last='Travis Suggs'] | 6'5 W 2027 1Life1Shot

Giving FBG 904 a visitor's welcome, Suggs made his presence felt all across the floor. He played bigger than his size would suggest, disrupting drives and crashing the boards on offense and defense. That enabled him to get out on transition where he thrived. Suggs showed intriguing flashes while creating for himself inside the arc. He got shots off using his impressive footwork and his ability to change direction.

[player_tooltip player_id='2843473' first='Troy' last='Spencer'] | 6'3 G 2027 DCH 17U

In the morning set versus Nova Bulls, Spencer put together an all-around, efficient performance. He cashed in 3 spot-up threes, attacked closeouts, and was perfect from the line (6-6). His defense generated offense as well, using his long arms to deflect and intercept passes and take them the other way two(s). Spencer also showed consistent effort on the glass and spread the ball around when someone else had a better shot, helping DCH extend their lead in the second half. 27p 7r 4a 6s

Jayden Walker | 6'2 G 2028 Virginia Phenom

An impressive physical athlete, Walker asserted his will on the court. On defense, he stripped the ball away from other guards and erased shots at the rim. His bounce was evident on the glass too. The 757 product proved to be a dynamic shotmaker as well. Stepping behind a screen or releasing off-the-catch, Walker knocked down several threes to the Phenom offense.
