Without further delay, let's take a look at some of the top 15u performers from the Nike EYBL during the month of May!

It's hard not to start with this one as the 6'10" freshman big man has been amongst the nations elite through the first half of the grassroots basketball season. Duggins was utterly dominant for [program_tooltip program_id='2226228' first='Team' last='CP3'] EYBL 15u in what was a 4-0 weekend for that group. On the session in Memphis, Duggins averaged 23.3 Points, 10.5 Rebounds, 1.3 Assists, 0.8 Steals, and 2.8 Blocks per game on 74/46/81 shooting splits. Duggins possesses true three level touch, a cerebral approach to the game, and the athletic ability/size to make all of the plays necessary to get the job done as a feature big. After this weekend, Duggins made his debut in the ESPN 25 coming in at 12th nationally along with getting an offer from NC State. There aren't many prospects in the country that have the set of tools Duggins brings to the table and he should continue to rise in the rankings nationally and is a lock to debut in the top spot here in NC when those rankings drop next week.

Greenup is another 2029 prospect in North Carolina that produces at a high level of consistency and that was exactly what went down in Memphis during the live period with [program_tooltip program_id='2220892' first='Team' last='United'] EYBL 15u. Greenup helped guide his team to a 3-1 weekend as he averaged 18.3 Points, 7.8 Rebounds, 1.3 Assists, and 2.0 Steals per game on 52/50/67 shooting splits. Greenup's ability to showcased his improving outside touch while still maintaining his status as a physical downhill presence was impressive in Memphis. Greenup plays the game with a natural aggression while always staying under control, allowing him to pick his spots over the course of the game. To win on the EYBL, produce at that level, at that efficiency is a feather in the cap of Greenup who recently announced his transfer to North Raleigh Christian Academy for his Sophomore season. Greenup is a key guy to monitor in this North Carolina 2029 class.

Cannon is another guy continuing to showcase his valuable set of skills with this [program_tooltip program_id='2226228' first='Team' last='CP3'] EYBL 15u group as a versatile inside/out wing with the ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor. As his team went 4-0, Cannon averaged 10.0 Points, 5.3 Rebounds, 1.0 Assist, and 0.5 Steals per game on 47/31/88 shooting splits. The highlight of the weekend for Cannon was an 18 Point performance vs Nightrydas where he went 3-6 from beyond the arc. At 6'6" Cannon can create offense for himself off the bounce but does a great job at putting himself in the right spot off the ball and playing with an understanding of what his team needs in that moment. Another highly talented wing in this stacked NC 2029 class.

Miles, like the rest of this [program_tooltip program_id='2220892' first='Team' last='United'] EYBL 15u team made real improvements in their game for the live period and were able to reap the rewards from that as they were able to go 3-1 on the weekend. For the session, Miles averaged 11.8 Points, 4.5 Rebounds, and 0.5 Steals per game on 43/25/60 splits. Miles is a high energy and strong mismatch forward that is able to exploit slower bigs off the bounce or bully smaller wings/guards with his back to the basket. On the defensive end of the floor, Miles is able to use that strength to wall up at the rim and his athleticism to disrupt the opposition when trying to create. Miles can attack facing up or with his back to the basket and often uses his soft touch around the rim as a safety valve in this [program_tooltip program_id='2220892' first='Team' last='United'] offense. Miles is producing at a higher volume and is starting to learn how to use his gifts to help his team win games.

Once again, [player_tooltip player_id='3626173' first='Jeremiah' last='Thomas'] is proving himself as an elite prospect in this North Carolina 2029 class as he's helping lead the charge for one of the nations top 15u teams with this [program_tooltip program_id='2226228' first='Team' last='CP3'] EYBL group. On a 4-0 weekend in Memphis, Thomas averaged 15.5 Points, 3.3 Rebounds, 0.8 Steals, and 0.5 Blocks per game on 54/52/75 shooting splits. Thomas has an increasingly refined self creation skillset that allows him to use his physical gifts to overpower smaller guards and his outside touch to shoot from the perimeter. He is clearly a very very gifted offensive player that already knows where his spots are, and how to get there as often as possible. This production is hopefully a sign of things to come for Thomas as he's one of the more promising prospects in this 2029 class in North Carolina.

Chaney is another key piece on this [program_tooltip program_id='2220892' first='Team' last='United'] EYBL 15u team and was able to really help this group stabilize their offense with his playmaking en route to a 3-1 weekend in Memphis. For the session, Chaney averaged 11.0 Points, 2.8 Rebounds, 3.0 Assists, and 1.5 Steals per game on 38/38/71 shooting splits. Chaney is a smooth and cerebral PG that can make outside shots with efficiency. As he adds strength to his frame, he'll only become a better finisher in traffic at the rim and it'll open his overall game up even further. For now, his ability to help run an offense, pitch in on the scoresheet, and provide ball pressure defensively make him a key player with this group and a premier PG in this stacked 2029 class here in North Carolina.
