In a competitive, high-energy matchup, [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'] pulled away late to secure a 50–40 victory. Both teams featured multiple standout performers throughout the weekend, with several prospects flashing intriguing long-term upside.    [player_tooltip player_id='2848608' first='Carter' last='Neutz'] was a consistent presence in the paint throughout the weekend, asserting himself as a productive interior big. He displays strong offensive positioning, creating clean angles for guards to deliver entry passes. Once he establishes position, Neutz finishes with purpose, keeping the ball high and tight while converting efficiently around the rim with soft touch. Carter also impacts the game on the glass, remaining active on both the offensive and defensive boards. As his jump shot continues to develop, Neutz has the potential to become an even more dynamic interior threat and a true difference-maker in the post.     [player_tooltip player_id='2845140' first='Carter' last='Wieczorek'] was one of the more impressive fundamentally sound players I evaluated this weekend. He stands out on both ends of the floor with his consistency and attention to detail. With a stocky build, he uses his physical strength effectively, making his presence felt defensively and finishing through contact on strong drives to the rim. Wieczorek complements that physicality with a fundamentally sound jump shot, giving him the ability to score in multiple ways. His well-rounded skill set and consistency suggest a player who can contribute effectively at the high school level and continue developing beyond that.     Kyle showed the tools to develop into a standout guard at the high school level, and he backed that up with a strong weekend performance. He is a three-level scorer who doesn't shy away from contact at the rim, knocks down catch-and-shoot threes, and can create off the dribble with both drives and pull-up jumpers. Kyle displayed a diverse scoring package and an aggressive mindset that puts constant pressure on defenses. Kyle's ability to generate offense in multiple ways makes him a guard to monitor closely in the 2030 class.     Jaxon was one of the standout performers in the field, bringing a level of energy that consistently impacted the game. His hustle is contagious, and he thrives in transition, punishing teams that fail to get back defensively. He's capable of going coast-to-coast off the rebound, while also showing a strong understanding of spacing by filling lanes effectively to create easy opportunities for himself and his teammates. Jaxon converted at a high rate in the open floor and proved to be a reliable contributor on both ends, embracing his role as a true team-first player.     [player_tooltip player_id='2860424' first='Peyton' last='Helder'] showcased his high basketball IQ and perimeter shooting ability throughout the weekend. He contributed on the defensive end with solid positioning and activity, while also making an impact on the glass—securing rebounds and quickly identifying guards to initiate transition opportunities. Offensively, Helder demonstrated a strong feel for the game, consistently finding open space and capitalizing on ball movement to generate quality looks. He proved to be a reliable shot-maker when left open, knocking down perimeter attempts at an efficient rate.     Max Helder was one of the more impressive performers over the weekend. He made a strong impact on the defensive end, particularly in [program_tooltip program_id='2075702' first='MN' last='Lightning'] 's full-court pressure. Operating at the top of their 1-2-2 and 1-3-1 press, Helder used his length and activity to disrupt opposing guards, forcing difficult decisions and creating turnover opportunities. Offensively, he showcased solid body control and physicality, attacking the rim with confidence and finishing effectively in traffic. While his championship game was unfortunately cut short due to injury, Helder still established himself as a prospect to monitor out of Stewartville based on his two-way impact throughout the weekend.
