Jaxon DeWitte – DeWitte is a six-foot 2030 guard from Winona and MN Lightning Herber that plays very well on the wing as a secondary ball handler. DeWitte attacks closeouts and gets downhill well with the ball. DeWitte is athletic enough to make an impact defensively.

A key post defender for the Lighting Dewitte was able to lockdown the paint on Saturday afternoon. Dewitte isn’t afraid to play tough inside getting his hands up for a big block early on. The big also came away with more than a few steals as well, while getting inside to score with a nice move. The power forward capped things off with a nice three-point make showing off his scoring ability along with his strong post defense.

Jaxon was one of the standout performers in the field, bringing a level of energy that consistently impacted the game. His hustle is contagious, and he thrives in transition, punishing teams that fail to get back defensively. He’s capable of going coast-to-coast off the rebound, while also showing a strong understanding of spacing by filling lanes effectively to create easy opportunities for himself and his teammates. Jaxon converted at a high rate in the open floor and proved to be a reliable contributor on both ends, embracing his role as a true team-first player.
