Smith was one of the top available prospects in the event, and the 6'2” wing proved that as he brought his usual high energy and two way impact in both of their games. He's a big time athlete who thrives in transition with his ability to play at and above the rim, he created and made shots from multiple levels both off the catch and off the bounce, and he was one of the top defenders in the entire event.

[player_tooltip player_id='3035379' first='Trent' last='Smalling'] | 6'4” WF | Team [program_tooltip program_id='2416185' first='Loaded' last='804'] Gold 2027

Smalling is a prospect on the rise after a big junior season at Woodside, and he'll catch the eye of college coaches this summer on a very good Loaded Gold team. At 6'4” he's a big bodied wing who can get downhill and use his size to play and finish through contact, he can makes shots from deep off the catch and get to spots in the midrange and make tough pull-ups, and he is a very good rebounder for his position too.

[player_tooltip player_id='2624544' first='Chris' last='Lamm'] | 6'1” PG | Team [program_tooltip program_id='2416185' first='Loaded' last='804'] Gold 2027

Lamm is the straw that stirs the drink for this 804 Gold team, and his ability to run the show and keep everyone happy was a big reason for their success this past weekend. The 6'1” guard controls the tempo and the game as he handles pressure and has great vision to find teammates, he sets the tone defensively with his toughness and ability to guard the ball, and he picks his spots and scores it efficiently as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2898040' first='Tyson' last='Harper'] | 5'11” PG | Team Loaded 757 2027

Much like Lamm does for 804, Harper is the straw that stirs the drink for Loaded 757, and even in a loaded backcourt he showed he's going to be the guy to make a lot of plays for them this summer. He is shifty and quick off the bounce and in transition to get by defenders, he has good vision and can deliver passes with both hands, and he can get it going and score it in bunches when he does.

Vernon Hope | 6'4” WF | VA Havoc UA Rise 2028

Hope emerged as a new name in the Richmond area this season at Huguenot, and he showed this weekend that he has a big summer ahead of him as well. The 6'4” sophomore put up big numbers against some really good teams showing his ability to get downhill and use his strength and athleticism to finish through contact, he made shots from multiple levels and got the line often, and he did a good job on the defensive end and on the glass as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2760984' first='Timothy' last='Allen Crank'] | 6'2” WG | Higher Level Premier 2028

Crank had a great showing playing up for Higher Level Premier 17U, as he is an all-around player who is productive across the board and on both ends of the floor. He plays the game the right way as he moves and cuts off the ball with purpose and always has his hands ready, he makes the right play consistently and is very unselfish, he's a good rebounder for his position, and he scores it efficiently from multiple levels.
