The junior moves into the Top 40 of our updated rankings after averaging more than 14 points and six rebounds per game for VA Havoc. He has good positional size and is a capable three level scorer who is especially effective getting downhill and attacking the rim. An above average athlete, he excels in transition and brings consistent activity to the glass on both ends of the floor. He also uses his length and instincts effectively on the defensive end, where he is active in the passing lanes and can create turnovers.

We didn’t get to see too much of Hope in action but it doesn’t take long to see how Hope’s blend of evolving physical tools and a naturally aggressive motor projects as an appealing one for college coaches while he continues refining his game in the years to come. With a growing frame and smooth athleticism in space, Hope shows some ability executing out on the wing in space but can also be effective as a rim-runner in transition or utilizing his length to finish around the basket in the halfcourt. His length, mobility, and effort also make him a steady factor on the defensive end. We hope to see more of Hope moving forward as he shows signs of developing into a scholarship-level prospect.

The rising junior from Huguenot High School is a wing prospect who is trending up in the 2028 class. Hope has high level size, length and athleticism that allow him to be very effective attacking the rim and in open space. We saw him have multiple 15+ point games with VA Havoc this spring. He does a great job attacking the rim, can finish with either hand around the rim and does a good job getting to the free throw line. Hope has all the physical tools to be a high level defender, which would improve his recruiting profile even more.
