Prep Hoops Chi-Town Tip Off – Ramsey’s Additional Weekend Stars

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There is essentially no down time when it comes to the basketball calendar anymore. Just two weekends ago in Indiana we crowed our four State Champions. Then, last weekend, the Final Four came to town. Now I have officially put boots on the ground and kick-started our spring coverage of the Prep Hoops Circuit. This annual trip to Romeoville for the Chi-Town Tip Off has essentially become my unofficial spring opener. After spending all weekend at the Romeoville Athletic Center I have plenty of content to turn out. They made 12 three-point shots as a team including a couple from Beavers as the 5'9" guard poured in 18 points in a win over [program_tooltip program_id='2075622' first='M14' last='Hoops'] National-3 15u. He was consistently getting two feet in the paint, scored it at a high percentage at the end of his drives, and found the right opportunities to kick out to open teammates. Debruycker, a long 6'2" left-handed guard, caught our attention pretty quickly. He was skilled from the perimeter as a shooter, smooth as a playmaker when getting downhill, and very active on the defensive end of the floor. When you see the long, lean, 6'6" frame on a Class of 2029 prospect it is going to catch your attention. Stewart was excellent both times that we got to see God's Gift 15u play over the course of the weekend. He has strength and physicality well beyond his years on the block while also dominating the glass at both ends of the floor. The young big man moves well for his size too.
