There is essentially no down time when it comes to the basketball calendar anymore. Just two weekends ago in Indiana we crowed our four State Champions. Then, last weekend, the Final Four came to town. Now I have officially put boots on the ground and kick-started our spring coverage of the Prep Hoops Circuit. This annual trip to Romeoville for the Chi-Town Tip Off has essentially become my unofficial spring opener. After spending all weekend at the Romeoville Athletic Center I have plenty of content to turn out. Here are some of the top individual performers that I had the opportunity to see between the 14u, 15u, and 16u levels.

The Chicago Cannons 15u team turned in one of the most impressive shooting performances of the weekend at the Chi-Town Tip Off. They made 12 three-point shots as a team including a couple from Beavers as the 5'9" guard poured in 18 points in a win over [program_tooltip program_id='2075622' first='M14' last='Hoops'] National-3 15u. His ability to score it from all levels really caught our attention.

Burks Jr. was the primary ball handler for [program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'] South 14u and did a great job setting the table for a very good team. He was consistently getting two feet in the paint, scored it at a high percentage at the end of his drives, and found the right opportunities to kick out to open teammates. The 5'7" guard out of Greendale High School in Wisconsin really caught our attention for his all-around playmaking ability as such a young prospect in the Class of 2030.

We had the chance to see several of the [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] Basketball teams play in 16u action at the Romeoville Athletic Center over the course of the weekend. Debruycker, a long 6'2" left-handed guard, caught our attention pretty quickly. He was skilled from the perimeter as a shooter, smooth as a playmaker when getting downhill, and very active on the defensive end of the floor. One to watch for Yorkville High School.

Roe is one of those guys where you write down his name before ever seeing him actually do anything. When you see the long, lean, 6'6" frame on a Class of 2029 prospect it is going to catch your attention. He then backed up the initial intrigue with some strong post moves, soft finishing touch, and good area rebounding.

One of the more dominant interior presences that we saw at the Chi-Town Tip Off was this 6'5" Class of 2029 forward. Stewart was excellent both times that we got to see God's Gift 15u play over the course of the weekend. He has strength and physicality well beyond his years on the block while also dominating the glass at both ends of the floor. The young big man moves well for his size too. Intriguing prospect.
