About Jacob

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play shooting guard and I help set up plays while focusing on strong defense. I’m known for my court vision, defensive skills and being a reliable 3 point shooter. I like to play a fast paced game and pride myself on creating opportunities for my teammates, especially by staying aggressive on defense. Right now I’m working on improving my free throws and making better decisions under pressure.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Mentally, I stay focused and competitive. As a teammate I’m supportive and vocal.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A significant challenge I faced so far, was for the 6th grade basketball team, while I made the team, I made the “B” team. I barely received playing time. This was very hard for me to take. So I put the work in to become stronger and practiced more. Signed up for camps and personal 1 on 1 basketball training. The following year not only did I make the team for 7th grade team but I was a starter.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with strong academic program and competitive basketball team where I can continue to grow as a player. I want a team with great coaching and positive team culture where I can grow both on and off the court. Also, I’d like a college that supports student athletes and helps prepare them for life after basketball.

They made 12 three-point shots as a team including four from Kulacz Jr. He finished with 16 points in the game as they ran away with one thanks to the explosive offensive performance.
