Play concluded Sunday afternoon at the 2026 Twin Cities Takedown, 13U action took place throughout the weekend at Shakopee High School. With so many notable matchups taking place having reliable shooters who can knock down key jumpers or confidently shoot from beyond the arc was key to the success in many matchups. Here are a few of the top-performing shooters across last weekend's action.

Despite standing just 4'11 Dyrud uses his smaller stature to his advantage, using a combination of good hands and speed to create space. Once he has space he uses a clean and confident jumper to knock down big shots from beyond the arc for [program_tooltip program_id='2075247' first='Legacy' last='Hoops']. The point guard also showed he can run the play and distribute the ball with ease as well. Dyrud isn't afraid to go down low and grab rebounds either when the opportunity presents itself.

Kuchenbecker presented a noticeable three-point shot for the [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'], nailing the three-ball with a strong jumpshot on Saturday afternoon. With a strong jumper Kuchenbecker showed he can be a key piece of a team's offense and a go to option to knock down a shot.

The point guard was a standout performer for the Fury on Saturday afternoon, closing out the first half against the Minnesota Jaguars with a buzzer-beater three-pointer. Barnett opened the second half with another trey showing off a confident shot and a willingness to get open.

Peine was the go to option for a perimeter shot for Austin 7th on Sunday afternoon, taking jumpers in critical moments in their championship matchup with Start Strong. The guard showed a willingness and confidence to take the shot, while also using his speed to get open and create offense. Peine can dish out the ball as well using vision to find the open man to cash in with a number of assists. On defense Peine is sticky, forcing the opponent to make choices and causing a number of mistakes as a result.

Amidon's standout shot was the corner three, knocking them down with ease on multiple occasions for ETS Wisconsin on Sunday afternoon. With a smooth jumper Amidon has the ability to hit from the perimeter, he also isn't afraid to take a shot when contested, possessing the confidence to take it and hit it. The guard can draw the foul as well, knocking down an and-1 to open up a nine point advantage for ETS on Sunday afternoon.
