[player_tooltip player_id='2477281' first='DJ' last='Hunter'] had an entertaining and successful freshman campaign with Somerset Losee. The gritty PG helped lead the Lions to the playoffs and was effective on both ends of the court. On offense, he consistently turned on the jets to blow by defenders. He also splashed in 3-pointers and utilized his deceleration to open up his mid-range jumper. On the defensive end, Hunter stayed in position and covered ground at a rapid rate, allowing him to frustrate his matchup and get in passing lanes for deflections and steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2918858' first='Brevynn' last='Johnson'] has slid up to #2 in the 2029 rankings update. The skilled combo guard has a very high ceiling thanks to his athleticism, skill, and competitiveness. He is the type of prospect who plays above the rim on a regular basis, whether it be throwing down lobs or high-pointing rebounds. He also leverages his burst and handles to get downhill when he wants, and he can finish through contact. Defensively, he applies good ball pressure, and his length and quickness give him a noticeable advantage. Look for him to be suiting up with the Oakland Soldiers this spring/summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2624906' first='Damari' last='Sawall'] was a real difference maker for the Mater East Knights the past few months. He is hungry prospect who plays to win every time he steps on the court. He has confidence that not all underclassmen have, and he wants the ball when he has a good matchup. Or feels there a quality opportunity just around the corner. Sawall fills it up at the free throw lines as well, where he capitlized often thanks to his deceptive pace and ball handling. Shooting 73% (57-78). As a defender he racked up 24 steals by staying active and using in instincts.

[player_tooltip player_id='3243647' first='Nya'Vari' last='Floyd-Johnson'] maintains his #4 spot. He is a do-it-all point guard that generates a good deal of his team's offense with his burst and court vision. He will look to get downhill if there's a window and makes tough finishes in traffic. He also does a good job of keeping his head up and finding teammates when the defense collapses. Floyd-Johnson utilizes his energy on the defensive end to be a pest, bothering his matchup with active hands and lateral quickness. Considering his reliable impact, expect him to draw attention on the Made Hoops Circuit.

[player_tooltip player_id='2918899' first='Kortell' last='Price'] lands in 5th. He is a very versatile floor general who gets to his spots efficiently and can score from all three levels. He goes strong to the hoop on his drives, and he'll dish it to his shooters or forwards if they have the better look. In addition to his scoring skillset, he plays with intensity on the defensive end, allowing him to swipe the ball from his matchup, and he can push the rock in transition from there. With plenty of time to keep developing, it will be great to see how he continues to expand his game.
