Once regarded as the top player in the country, I still have a lot of stock in Lusakueno long term as a stretch forward who has the height, length and shooting ability to stretch the floor. Luskueno had a big sophomore season for Woodward Academy with multiple 25+ scoring outbursts against top competition in the state. I've also been impressed with Lusakueno at Team USA minicamps, where he's able to play a complimentary role and focus on providing value outside of scoring and shooting. For Lusakueno, filling out his body and becoming an impact defender are areas where he can grow and improve his impact both right now and long term. I still believe Lusakueno has a ton of upside with his movement skills and perimeter shooting for his size and think he's an excellent long term prospect.

One of the most productive players in the 2028 class, few players can match Okoth's motor, interior scoring, rebounding and overall production. I get fired up when a top nationally ranked prospect competes harder than anybody on the court and that's usually what Okoth does for Barlett, Alabama Fusion and at Team USA minicamp. With his rebounding, defensive ability and interior scoring, Okoth is very productive as a 16 U player and if he develops his ball handling ability, he will be a complete player on the wing. Very talented prospect who is a consensus top 15 player in the country and already has won Tennessee Division I class 4A Mr Basketball as just a sophomore.

One of the most polished and complete guards in the country, Diggs is playing up at the 17 U level for Vegas Elite and showing his talents against some of the best players in the country. Diggs is excellent off the ball and he's able to knock down shots off the catch, attack closeouts and make passes off a live dribble once he gets to the paint. Diggs also can create his own shot with tough shot making being one of his best skills. If Diggs can improve his explosiveness and change of direction he is going to be even tougher to stop because right now he doesn't need much space to get a bucket. Diggs already has well over a dozen high major offers and is as heavily pursued as any prospect in the 2028 class.

A teammate of Lusakueno with Team CP3 16 U, Collins is a big time wing athlete who plays above the rim, thrives in transition and is an efficient slasher to the rim. Collins has produced at a high level for Team CP3 both at the 15 U level and early in the 16 U season and is fresh off winning Gatorade POY from Delaware as just a Sophomore. It's rare for a state like Delaware to have a top national talent like Collins playing in their state association and it's good to see him dominate his local competition. Recent high major offers from Collins include Virginia and Villanova.

Sheppard checks a lot of boxes from the power forward position with his elite rebounding, soft hands, interior scoring and high feel for the game. Sheppard is a prospect who projects very highly at the college level due to these skills and is a prospect who if he grows another 3 or so inches would likely fly up NBA draft projections when the time comes. Sheppard can also generate offense for himself with offensive rebounding and he's either going to score on the putback, get fouled and head to the foul line or hit the open teammate for a high percentage shot. It's hard to find young bigs who are physical and process the game well and Sheppard does both of those things at a high level.
