Joshua makes his debut inside the top 60 and much of it has to do with his consistent productivity for a good Kennedy team this season. He thrived in his role, which was posing as a valuable floor spacer with ability to make his defender pay for any slight hesitation in closing out. If he wasn't making teams pay from three, he was making his impact on the defensive end as a versatile option that could guard 1-3 positions. He showed good lateral quickness, anticipation guarding in space and used his length to shrink the shooting window for his matchup. He'll certainly play an increased role for the Cavaliers as a junior and will be one to watch as he further develops this spring/summer.

What Robertson may lack in size is made up for with his twitch, toughness and creativity on the ball. He's a primary on-ball presence who, at this stage of his development, is much more of a scorer than distributor. This isn't to say he can't make the correct reads on dribble drives or other actions, but his first intention is to break down his man and get a bucket. He thrives in up-and-down style games where his end-to-end speed with the ball is undeniable. He can maneuver defenders on the stop of a dime and maintain good balance despite distorting his body for floaters or crafty layups around the bucket. Robertson will need to become more of a distributor to reach his ultimate ceiling, but we're buying high to start due to his ability to create paint touches and force the defense to collapse.

Quietly one of the more productive underclassmen guard in Montgomery County, Brooks helped lead Walter Johnson to a 19-7 record while averaging over 14 points per game. Brooks also proved to be the guy who could step up in crunch time as he converted on a couple of game-winners as the buzzer sounded throughout his sophomore season. Debuting at No. 91, he's the type of prospect that has room to improve this ranking significantly with time due to his intriguing positional size as a lead guard, control on the ball and the early signs of instincts having to do with pace and reads. Brooks also averaged 3.6 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.2 steals per contest in 2025-26.

Walker had one of the best individual seasons in the Maryland Public School sector when its comes to underclassmen. He put up over 20 points per game and was responsible for making much of the overall action take place for his Watkins Mill team. He also grabbed 4.5 rebounds, dished out 4.4 assists and accounted for 2.2 steals per game. A three-level scoring threat that opposing defenses schemed to keep contained, Walker did a nice job of using the gravity his presence demanded by showing off his vision to set up others for clean looks.

Magruder finished the season with a loss in the 3A state title game to a surging South River group, but nevertheless, the Colonels put together a 24-3 showing and Wilson emerged as one of the underclassmen to carve out a valuable role in the backcourt. He ranked third on the team at 9.6 points per game, but led with 4.2 assists. His ability to pick-and-choose his spots within the flow to attack driving lanes, make the extra pass to shooters spotting up in the corner or advancing the ball ahead in transition for scores all led me to believe that Magruder has another point guard in the stable to continue their success for years to come.
