Sectional 8 Championship: Saturday Night Standouts

Bremer, who ended up with 8 points, was the hero for the Greyhounds hitting the three-point shot that would eventually lead them to victory. With Chas Daniels being ejected, Bremer was the guy who stepped up in the backcourt and brought that senior leadership. With a team-high 18 points, Harrell carried Carmel in many ways setting the tone of the game early. He showed his talent around the rim and knocked down some huge threes, as well. When Fishers needed ANYTHING on either end of the floor, it was McGrew who stepped up. With a game-high 22 points, McGrew was so dominant around the rim and did such a good job finishing through contact and getting to the free throw line. He finished with 13 points for Fishers with all of his points coming from tough drives and getting to the line. Gardner Jr. has such a special way to impact the game on both ends of the floor and is just a player you cannot ever count out from making a player.
