Cummings did exactly what a senior leader should do on the biggest stage, putting together a workmanlike performance while doing bits of everything, culminating with the game-winning free throws to break a tie with 3 seconds remaining. The senior guard was effective playing both on and off the ball, breaking down bigger defenders off the bounce or using his size to finish over smaller guards with soft touch. He played decisively, showed an ability to work the middle level of the floor, and was a willing passer when defenders keyed in on him. Cummings also brought great energy and activity on both ends of the floor, coming up with loose balls and playing tough on the glass for an undersized group. He's a clear scholarship-level performer with this game being a nice final audition tape for coaches on the fence about his ability.

The highest-ranked player on the floor for either team, Robinson backed up his standing despite coming away with the hard-fought loss. The sophomore took a bit to get going, with 13 of his 19 points after halftime, but was dynamic as the game went on as the engine of Eagle Brooklyn's offense. He's exceptionally skilled + creative with his handle, giving him the ability to create consistent penetration without a screen. He shows a dangerous pullup game out to the arc with real spurtability as a scorer once he gets into a rhythm. Robinson also impressed with his aggressiveness picking up the ball on D and using his quick hands to force turnovers. While he shows some passing vision, he'll have to continue refining his decisionmaking and ball security, but is sure to attract D1 attention with his explosive two-way ability.

The primary ballhandler for Eagle Bronx throughout the night, Moran had some issues with ball security at certain stretches but was nonetheless a critical piece to the win with his creation off the dribble. He was consistently able to get a foot in the paint off the bounce, showing nice craft as a passer while using the entire floor to set up his teammates for clean looks. Moran also showed soft touch as a finisher and shotmaker with a smooth shooting stroke out to the arc, scoring nine points as a nice source of secondary offense. His aggressive ball pressure was also a factor in forcing a handful of Eagle Brooklyn turnovers. The junior can struggle a bit with length and physicality given his size and slight frame but packs an obvious two-way punch that should generate attention at the scholarship level over the next year.

Providing a key two-way spark in a complementary role, King scored 12 points to give a crucial lift on the way to the win. He thrived as an off-ball threat offensively with his ability to knock down shots off the catch from the perimeter. King also showed a smooth pullup game when run off the line with polished footwork in the midrange. He made a big impact on the other end with swarming on-ball defense across multiple positions while also using his length and quickness to make plays on that end in passing lanes and as a shot-blocker. His game isn't the splashiest but his two-way utility should have a chance to earn him scholarship-level attention.

Coming off the bench, Edwards provided a massive spark from the moment he checked in with his with his aggressive mismatch scoring. With a strong body and quick feet, he was effective using a blend of wiggle and physicality to navigate to the rim off the dribble and finish efficiently. He also showed confidence and proficiency as a midrange pullup shooter despite an awkward perimeter stroke off the catch. Edwards' ability to provide instant offense could translate really nicely at the small-college level.

The other primary source of scoring and playmaking for Eagle Brooklyn, Dockery's game was a bit of a rollercoaster ride but included some really nice moments on both ends of the floor. The junior guard and three-year starter scored 14 points, proving to be exceptionally difficult to stay in front of with his slippery quickness off the dribble. He showed creative vision as a passer with the ability to stretch the defense out as a pullup shooter from beyond the arc. His ball pressure was also a consistent bother for Eagle Bronx guards on the other end. Dockery will have to improve on his decisionmaking at his size for the next level but leaves no doubt about his talent level with the ball in his hands.

Adding a key source of offense for Eagle Brooklyn in the loss, Howard showed effectiveness both inside and out on the offensive end. He scored 12 of his 16 points in the first half with his guards struggling in the early going. A bigger body but one who can really move his feet, Howard was effective running the floor for early offense around the basket. He went on to show his shooting touch from the perimeter with a pair of smooth 3s. He's a bit of a tweener on the defensive end but could be really useful at the small-college level with his offensive portability.

Knowles wasn't particularly productive in the box score but nonetheless deserves mention here with his timely contributions as an energetic and athletic glue guy. The senior swingman flushed a massive first-half dunk off a cut down the middle of the lane but scored arguably the game's most important bucket when he flew in for a putback to tie the game at the end of regulation. He also sprinted down the floor to block what would have been the game-tying layup in overtime, one of a handful of explosive defensive plays he made throughout the game. Knowles didn't show much of a developed skillset but could nonetheless make an impact at the college level with his athleticism and activity.
