Analysis: A transfer from 4A Marist made an immediate impact at the state's highest classification, proving he belonged from day one. With an elite combination of size, length, athleticism, and skill, Holmes stood out not just in the Southwest Conference, but across the entire state. A true two-way force, Holmes influenced the game on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he showed the ability to take over, putting up big performances throughout the season while scoring at all three levels. Defensively, his length and activity created problems, generating steals and disrupting opposing offenses. He finished the year averaging 20 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals per game, leading a team that tied for the conference title. Holmes' versatility, athleticism, and production make him one of the most impactful and well-rounded players in the state. (JT)

Analysis: Vizconde's growth over his high school career has been evident, evolving from a corner shooting specialist as a freshman into a leader and complete combo guard in his senior season. In 2025–26, he excelled in all areas for the Mavericks—continuing to score consistently while also taking on a larger role in facilitating and executing Mountainside's offense. His ability to operate within structured sets, create opportunities, and make the right reads helped generate efficient scoring looks for his team, particularly around the basket. Vizconde reached a major milestone this season, surpassing 1,000 career points, a testament to his consistency and development. His well-rounded game, basketball IQ, and leadership make him a reliable presence who impacts winning in multiple ways. (JT)

Analysis: A 6'9” big man, Zanon's move from Central Catholic to Southridge proved to be a turning point in his development. With increased opportunity and confidence, he transformed from an under-the-radar player into a prospect drawing consistent attention from college programs across the region. Zanon played a key role in Southridge's strong season, helping lead the team to the top of the Metro League standings while contributing to notable non-league success, including a win over Rainier Beach at the LSI. His presence in the paint, combined with his size and improving skill set, has made him an impactful interior player on both ends of the floor. Recruiting momentum has followed his rise. He currently holds an offer from Willamette University and is receiving interest from Division II programs such as Seattle Pacific University, Cal State San Marcos, and Black Hills State University. Zanon is focused on finding the right overall fit at the next level—prioritizing relationships with coaches and teammates, while also placing strong emphasis on academics and long-term development.
Analysis: Widely regarded as one of the top passers in the state, the senior point guard expanded his game this season by taking on a larger scoring role for the Saxons. He averaged 16.5 points per game, with that number rising to 19.9 PPG in Central Valley Conference play, showing his ability to elevate when needed. Westbrook continued to orchestrate a high-powered offense while contributing across the board, finishing with an impressive stat line of 19.9 points, 11.3 rebounds, 8.5 assists, and 2 steals per game. His impact on the glass—especially on the offensive end—is rare for a guard and highlights his toughness and motor. A true floor general, Westbrook combines elite vision with improved scoring ability, making him a constant triple-double threat. Off the court, he maintains a 3.5 GPA, adding to his value as a well-rounded student-athlete. (JT)

Analysis: Pichon brought consistent energy and scoring punch this year, establishing himself as a reliable offensive threat. A natural competitor, he thrives in high-intensity situations and serves as a vocal leader on the floor, setting the tone for his team. A flat-out scorer, Pichon can stretch the defense with his ability to knock down shots from beyond the arc while also contributing at the free-throw line. He complements his scoring with solid basketball IQ, strong rebounding for his position, and a willingness to impact the game in multiple areas. His all-around effort and leadership, combined with his offensive skill set, make him a valuable piece on both ends. Pichon recently earned a college opportunity with an offer from Chemeketa Community College, signaling continued growth and recognition at the next level.
