In this article, I feature five players who are just outside the top 25 in the latest 2028 rankings update. Three of them: [player_tooltip player_id='3566762' first='AJ' last='Spevak'], [player_tooltip player_id='3522826' first='RJ' last='Riley'], and [player_tooltip player_id='3451717' first='Gabe' last='Borst'] (pictured) are new additions as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2819169' first='Keyone' last='Wilkerson'] lands just outside the top 25 at #26. He did a great job of being both a scorer and a distributor for the Knights this season. He can get downhill when he turns on the afterburners and finish through contact. He also hits his teammates with solid passes when advancing the ball up the court. Defensively, he's the type of player who makes his matchup work to gain ground.

[player_tooltip player_id='3190620' first='Miles' last='Robinson'] is now slotted 27th in the latest 2028 rankings. He has real scoring ability thanks to his shooting stroke, instincts, and focus, and he consistently finds ways to put pressure on defenses. He can also score in bunches when he gets “in the zone,” showing the ability to heat up quickly. His confidence is clearly there, and I'm sure it'll continue to grow. He'll certainly be a prospect to monitor closely this spring and summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='3566762' first='AJ' last='Spevak'] breaks into the 2028 rankings at #28. He averaged an impressive 16.7 PPG up North this season with McQueen. He has solid form and a tall frame, allowing him to be a dangerous scorer from just about anywhere on the court. He also contributes in the rebounding department, coming down with 8.9 per game. With all of that said, the upside is there, and it'll be intriguing to see if his game takes another jump over the coming months.

[player_tooltip player_id='3522826' first='RJ' last='Riley'] made some noise with the Durango Trailblazers this season, notably hitting a huge game-winner over Centennial. He has a bit of burst and can skirt around defenders if the opportunity presents itself. He also utilizes his court vision to dish it to his shooters when they have an open look. On the defensive end, he is capable of stifling opponents with his energy and physicality.

[player_tooltip player_id='3451717' first='Gabe' last='Borst'] has jumped into the #30 position. He was the leading scorer for Carson this year with 16.8 PPG. Many of his buckets came from downtown, where he drained 57 threes and shot 39%. His accuracy is a serious problem for opposing teams, and he's definitely not a shooter you want to leave open. Considering he's just a sophomore, he should be even scarier to face in the future.
