2027 PGs Move Up in Market Correction Update

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>***Use Code “ScottyB30” for 30% off your subscription***</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The high school season has ended and now we are moving into the spring travel team circuit where we will be covering the Prep Hoops Circuit!&nbsp; Before all that we wanted to look back at the 2027 point guard stock risers in our Market Correction Update who elevated their ranking the last few months.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2962335' first='Phillip' last='Jones'] (East St. Louis)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jones elevated his stock in a major way throughout the season for East St. Louis.&nbsp; The Flyers floor general became their calming presence at the point pushing the pace and getting their other stars the ball in spots to score when they needed a key bucket in the half court.&nbsp; Big fan of how he knocks in shots from the perimeter pulling up off the bounce and has burst with the rock in his hands getting to the cup.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2632058' first='Karon' last='Shavers'] (Leo)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Shavers is a combo guard with strength that was a constant presence for Leo this season.&nbsp; Scoring guard that took his game to new heights throughout the season with his three level scoring prowess including 22 points in the supers over Hyde Park.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2527254' first='Brian' last='Kizer Jr']. (Leo)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We liked what we saw from Kizer over the summer and the Leo guard continued to make strides.&nbsp; High-motor downhill slasher that is effective getting to the cup in the open floor and is a capable shooter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2323606' first='Asa' last='Harris'] (Leo)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Out of all the Leo guards he is the most pure point guard of all of them.&nbsp; High IQ guard that has a good feel for the game setting up his teammates getting them the ball in positions to succeed.&nbsp; Slick ball handler and is a pesky on ball defender.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3430159' first='Tahj' last='Tolliver'] (Peoria Manual)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Tolliver is a stat sheet stuffer for Manual!&nbsp; He had a strong showing throughout the state tournament with his ability to make shots off the catch and pulling up.&nbsp; Got to the line with his quickness off the bounce and was an active defender swiping steals.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
