As we wrap up postseason play for some leagues or begin postseason play for others, our team is going to dive into sharing some of the top unsigned seniors in the area to not only acknowledge their hard work, but hopefully provide some exposure for college and prep opportunities next season. In this article, we'll cover some of the best available floor-spacing snipers in the area. Let's get into it!

-Marshburn has always been able to knock down shots from the midrange, effectively getting to his spots for pull-ups or knocking down shots off of curls or offensive rebounds. But the senior guard has really expanded his range for the Dragons this year as a prospect that can knock down shots from all three levels both off the catch and off the bounce. Love the balance on his jumper off of movement as Marshburn always gets his feet squared to the rim and took a huge leap with his comfort level attacking closeouts once a few shots went in. Those closeouts often translated into free throws that buoyed his consistency on a nightly basis for his team.

-The Power 5AAA Co-Player of the Year has been a steadying, productive presence for a West Nottingham team that added some big pieces this offseason. Falko has given his team consistent shooting as a movement shooter that spaces the floor well for a team that plays a deep rotation of guys. Falko sets himself well coming off of screens, is an unselfish one-more passer that keeps the defense honest by hitting teammates with crosscourt skip passes, and can really get hot in a hurry when given the space. His ability to hit one or two-dribble jumpers makes long closeouts on the perimeter much more dangerous for defenders.

-The senior sniper was a crucial piece for the Whitman Vikings this year as a movement shooter that took the RIGHT looks within the flow of the offense. Shapiro's ability to turn down a contested 3, pass to a teammate, then V cut back out behind the line or sprint to the opposite side of the floor created a ton of open looks for himself and others within Coach Lun's halfcourt offense. Whether he was hot or cold, he showed a good feel for taking the right looks and turned contested 3s into 1-dribble midrange jumpers that usually splashed through the net. His shooting and play-making was a big piece to the puzzle for a veteran group that played for a Montgomery County Championship.

-Hassan's ability to fill it up stood out over the course of the year as an athletic downhill driver that can also knock down shots as a movement shooter for the Bulldogs. Still want to see him use his scoring gravity to hit and relocate to a different spot on the floor to produce more rapid ball movement. But the shooting ability at his size with his ability to create a bit off the bounce or slash downhill should make him a valuable commodity at the next level.

-Gordon proved that he can do a little bit of everything for the SMAC champion Lackey Chargers this season. Gordon can facilitate, get to the rim, showed off his speed, but also hit shots both off the catch and off the bounce. Whether it was in transition or in the halfcourt, our scouts liked his feel to duck under hard closeouts to get to midrange pull-ups or hit a teammate in the post to relocate for an open perimeter jumper. The shooting mechanics looked fluid coming off of sharp angles on pindowns or curls and he became much more comfortable knocking down stepback looks from either side of the floor.
