Take them away and teams fall apart. These are the glue guys who are the backbone of the conference.   Banning Lewis Academy    Meyer has been the steady senior presence and ultimate glue guy for Banning Lewis all season. Posting career highs with 9.1 points and 5.6 rebounds per game, he impacts winning in ways that don't always show up in the box score. During his recent stretch of five straight games in double figures, he's provided consistency, toughness and leadership when it matters most. He does his work inside the arc, scoring through contact, crashing the glass and defending multiple spots. Down the stretch his reliability and grit are what hold everything together for Banning Lewis     Jones is the athletic high flyer for Banning Lewis and a game changing presence on both ends of the floor. Averaging 8.8 points and 6.3 rebounds, he impacts the game with energy, length and explosiveness. His season high 21 points showed his offensive upside, and his three games with 10+ rebounds prove he can dominate the glass. What makes him even more dangerous is his efficiency where he's shooting a remarkable 72% from the field. He finishes above the rim, runs the floor hard and converts high percentage looks, giving Banning Lewis a constant spark and momentum boost    Colorado Springs Christian    Orawiec is the type of glue guy every coach wants and every team needs. His numbers of 6 points, 3.2 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 2.2 steals per game only begin to tell the story. He impacts every possession with his quickness, instincts and willingness to do the dirty work. Defensively he's a menace, constantly active with his hands in passing lanes and disrupting rhythm. Offensively he's trustworthy with the ball and makes the right reads. He fills gaps, guards multiple spots, rebounds his position and brings a steady presence that keeps everything connected for Colorado Springs Christian     Williams is another big reason Colorado Springs Christian is thriving, and he brings that true shooting guard edge every night. Averaging 5.4 points, 2.5 assists and 3.3 rebounds, he is a playmaker with a scorer's mentality. He can handle it, create space and knock down shots when the defense collapses. He plays under control, reads gaps and makes the extra pass when it's there. Whether he's spotting up, attacking off the catch or getting the team into action, he gives CSC poise and perimeter punch    The Vanguard School    Alade is one of the ultimate glue guys and still somehow flies under the radar at The Vanguard School. His numbers jump off the page with 15.1 points and 9.9 rebounds per game, but it's the consistency that defines him. He lives in double figures in both scoring and rebounding and already has nine double doubles this season. He can score from all three levels, stretch the floor, attack closeouts and get downhill with speed. He rebounds in traffic, runs the floor hard and delivers every night, making him the steady force that keeps Vanguard rolling     Bregard is another key reason The Vanguard School is putting together such a strong season. Averaging 6.8 points, 4.7 assists, 3.6 steals and 3.9 rebounds, he impacts the game far beyond the stat sheet. As a poised point guard, he controls the tempo with confidence, gets the team organized and delivers in big moments. He finds open shooters in rhythm, makes sharp reads off the bounce and keeps the offense humming. When the game speeds up, he slows it down. When a play breaks down, he creates. His steady hand and timely shot making provides swagger, stability and belief every trip down the floor
