Richwoods’ Smith-Holley Drops 31 on Rock Island in Classic

top point guard in the 2028 class.  He was nothing short of spectacular in the win as he dropped 31 points playing with the flair that he always brings.  Electric ball handler that can create off the bounce whether that is getting downhill to the rim or pulling up in the mid-range for threes.  It was all working.  His ability to score on the move was at a super high level in this game making some really difficult shots.  Burst and speed with the rock in his hands as he attacked in the half court along with going coast to coast.  He has that “it” factor you just can not teach!  No doubt as he went for 21 points.  Smooth combo guard that can play both on and off the ball.  Downhill slasher that finishes with tremendous body control around the cup when getting downhill.  Pushed in the senior plays with a ton of speed as he was consistently slithering through the defense for scores putting pressure on the rim.  Spinning and nifty finishes at the rack for layups throughout the evening.  Mixed in a floater, three, and some nice passing.  Really like him as a value at the small college level late in the process.  Went for 19 points.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!--
