Region 6: Standouts Seasons from the Perimeter

No matter the position, role, or volume of three-point attempts, this isn't a list limited to pure shooters. Instead, it highlights players who consistently pose a threat from behind the arc and are putting together strong seasons shooting it from deep. For some, the three-point shot is a primary weapon; for others, it's a second or third option within the flow of the offense. Either way, their production from downtown has made an impact. Here's a look at some of the most impressive perimeter seasons in the Sixth Region:    [player_tooltip player_id='1543630' first='Cameron' last='Bischoff'] is one of the premier shooters in the state, averaging a state-best 4.2 three-pointers per game while shooting an outstanding 48.7% from deep (113-for-232). He has near-limitless range and moves extremely well without the ball, consistently working to free himself for clean looks. Bischoff is versatile in how he scores from beyond the arc, excelling in catch-and-shoot situations while also being able to knock down shots in a variety of ways. He's the type of shooter defenses must track at all times, as he can heat up quickly and make opponents pay whenever he finds space.     [player_tooltip player_id='1745595' first='Michael' last='Ray Stinnett'] ranks among the top five in the state in three-pointers per game at 4.0, shooting an impressive 50% from deep while going 88-for-176 on the season. He is one of the premier shooters in the state. Stinnett does an excellent job of creating separation and, once he gets a look, wastes no time getting the shot off. He has deep range but remains highly efficient, making him a constant threat from anywhere beyond the arc.     Jayden Kearney ranks among the top 10 in the state in three-pointers per game at 3.9, shooting 42.4% from deep while knocking down 106 of his 250 attempts. He's delivered several impressive performances from beyond the arc this season. In a Feb. 16 win over Highlands Latin, Kearney erupted for 39 points and 11 made threes. In December against Northeast (Tenn.), he scored 24 points and buried eight triples. He also connected on six threes against Gallatin County on Dec. 23 and eight more against Nelson County on Jan. 17, showcasing his ability to take over games from long range.     Jaxon Morris ranks among the top 50 in the state in three-pointers made per game at 2.9, shooting 38.4% from deep on 84-of-219 attempts this season. One of his standout performances came Jan. 15 against Fort Knox, when he scored 26 points and went 6-for-12 from beyond the arc. In that game, Morris showcased his quick release and ability to create space, whether off the dribble or with a pump fake. He was particularly effective shooting from the wing and the corner.     Connor Stinnett is 67-for-173 from three-point range this season, shooting 38.7% while averaging 2.7 makes per game. He delivered an impressive performance on Jan. 6 against PRP, scoring 27 points and going 5-for-9 from deep. Just three days earlier, he poured in 28 points and hit 5-of-7 from beyond the arc against Madisonville-North Hopkins. Stinnett does an excellent job of getting shots off with defenders closing out and has the ability to consistently knock down contested looks.     [player_tooltip player_id='2647506' first='Adrian' last='Wilder'] is shooting 39.1% from three-point range this season, connecting on 66 of his 129 attempts while averaging 2.6 makes per game. He can heat up quickly, and once he does, he's difficult to slow down. Wilder has a smooth, quick release with range well beyond the arc. His size, strength, and athleticism complement his shooting ability, and his solid mechanics allow him to consistently knock down tough shots. He's also capable of creating his own look.     [player_tooltip player_id='2569323' first='Brenden' last='Hardman'] is averaging 2.5 three-pointers per game and has knocked down 61 of his 170 attempts from long range this season (35.9%). He has a very quick release and is comfortable shooting from anywhere behind the arc, whether it's the top of the key, wing, or corner. Hardman can score off the catch or pull up off the dribble, making him a versatile perimeter threat. One of his standout performances came Dec. 27 against Cumberland County, when he scored 19 points and buried five threes.
