Dickison has been the guy leading Anacortes to a 19-4 record, and a matchup with Lynden in the District 1 2A championship game Thursday night. As of February 5th, he was averaging 20.7 PPG, and he's been pretty consistent about it too. The D1 tight end recruit gets a lot of his work done around the paint, with a mix of strong hands, good footwork, and soft touch. He's a physical player who has also extended his shooting range this season and has the Seahawks in a good spot heading into the 2A state tournament.

The Puyallup big man and SPSL 4A North MVP has been a much more dynamic player this season, playing stronger with the ball, showing the ability to attack more regularly from different spots on the floor, and being more assertive with the rock. He's a kid who can beat bigs with his quickness in close and has the strength to power through contact and fouls to finish at the rim, and he can still step outside and knock down some perimeter shots too.

Veldman has been a steady presence for the Lyncs inside, averaging a double-double this year with 13.0 PPG and 10.4 RPG. He's a tough kid who holds his spots, uses great positioning and timing when rebounding, and is a hard worker getting rim to rim. He's also been a plus defender for them with 2.3 steals and 2.9 blocks per game.

Stevenson bulked up a bit entering this season, and it has really shown up in his downhill attacks and ability to bounce defenders back. He's not a kid you want to give space to get a head of steam. He has enough agility to change direction and get angles on defenders that allow him to get in close, and he's also shown a pretty effective spin move and drop steps from traditional post-ups.
