Ryan Morgan | Prep Hoops Scout
One of the biggest risers of the 2025-26 season, Nasinec helped lead the Vikings to another solid playoff run, and really made it happen with his all-around scoring profile. He became a more consistent outside shooter, and opened up more of the floor with his ability to score off of the dribble, getting downhill with straight-line drives and counters, as well as getting to space for pull-up midrange shots.

19.3 pts 8.0 reb 1.0 blk – 35% 3PT
Nasinec was one of the biggest stock-risers of this season, and his 19.3 points per game during the tournament showed how dynamic an offensive threat he has become. He was one of just four players in the entire tournament who finished in the top-10 in FGM, 3PM, and FTM. Add to that eight rebounds and a block per game, and you have a one pretty important player. Nasinec and the Vikings may not have placed this year, but they were the only team to play in two overtime games in the tournament, and it took a total of three overtimes to outlast Puyallup in their final two losses.

Nasinec had a strong first half with 12 points, finding some rhythm behind the arc and adding in some blocks on the defensive end. He was contained for much of the second half, but showed up big at the end of regulation to help push the game into extra time.

Nasinec has been one of the biggest stock-risers of the year, and his offensive growth was illustrated perfectly with yesterday’s performance. He worked everywhere, from post-ups to running off screens for catch-and-shoot threes to working off the dribble and either getting to the foul line or hitting some pull-up jumpers. He has Puyallup looking like a dangerous team as we head into the quarterfinals.

The Puyallup big man and SPSL 4A North MVP has been a much more dynamic player this season, playing stronger with the ball, showing the ability to attack more regularly from different spots on the floor, and being more assertive with the rock. He’s a kid who can beat bigs with his quickness in close and has the strength to power through contact and fouls to finish at the rim, and he can still step outside and knock down some perimeter shots too.

Was pretty solid operating both in the low post, the high post, and with some perimeter drives. Just seems to be seeing the floor a little better, making quicker reads, and playing stronger with the ball. Had some great one to two dribble drives off high post face-ups, and was seeing the floor well out of the low post to make good reads for passes.
