<h2 class="wp-block-heading">1. Lakota West (17-1)</h2>

<p>The unquestioned top team in the state, Lakota West is a one-point overtime loss Vs La Lumiere from being regarded among the top public schools in the country this season. They have four conference games left before postseason time.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">2. Cincinnati Princeton (14-1)</h2>

<p>The Vikings get an opportunity to take down the top team in the state and conference this Friday night in what is the game of the regular season in the greater Cincinnati area.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">3. Hilliard Bradley (16-2)</h2>

<p>The Jags just went into Newark and knocked off the previously unbeaten Wildcats. They will look for revenge on Olentangy Orange next Friday, a game that could clinch the conference title for the Jags.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">4. Newark (18-1)</h2>

<p>Finally tripped up by Hilliard Bradley, Newark had an unbelievable run to open the season. A rematch with Reynoldsburg is circled across Columbus.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">5. Saint Ignatius (11-6)</h2>

<p>The Wildcats two losses to OHSAA opponents are state title contenders in Division's II and V. Their marquee wins over STVM, Berlin Hiland, Canton McKinley, Centerville, Olentangy Orange, Glenville and rival St Edward stand out on their resume.</p>

<p>The Eagles will look to get revenge at home against rival Saint Ignatius this friday, the Wildcats are the only OHSAA team to defeat the Eagles this season.</p>

<p>The Elks got revenge on Huber Heights Wayne in a showdown that could end up deciding the GWOC in blowout fashion last week. Tight sweeps over Northmont and Fairmont stand out, as well as their win over Moeller in non-conference action.</p>

<p>The Crusaders took their first GCL-South loss at the buzzer to La Salle on Friday but they swept the opening round of conference play. Their impressive performance at a holiday tournament also helps keep them in the top 10.</p>

<p>With no losses to OHSAA competition, Olentangy has been rolling all season long. Their game against rival Olentangy Orange will certainly say a lot about their chances to contend for a regional title</p>

<p>After dropping three in a row to Lakota East, Covington Catholic and Archbishop Moeller, the Bombers have turned things around quickly with wins over Summit Country Day and Elder ahead of a massive conference showdown with La Salle.</p>
