Dow has taken the brass ring over the last year and become a leader for Broken Arrow. It started with a good spring and summer that saw him elevate his production to better match his potential. Due to injuries he's taken on a bigger ball handling role to lead the Tigers. Which has help him become one of the more dynamic slashers and drivers in the state. His jumper is still a bit streaky, but Dow is tall, strong and athletic off the bounce. His ability to rise up and finish over defenders is currently a rare trait in Oklahoma. If the Tigers are to make State for the fourth year in a row, it will likely come with Dow finding an extra gear from his already impressive performances.

The senior guard has been a sharpshooter since his freshman year for the Hornets. Hitting clutch shots as part of three State Tournament teams, culminating in a championship last year. He's steady and dependable, who knows how to play within the Hornets' system. It's an admirable trait, as it helps everyone eat for a deep BTW team. But with only a couple weeks left in Sanders' high school career, don't be surprised if Sanders starts attacking with more aggression. As seniors are the difference makers and he has the skillset to change the biggest games.

A four year starer, Denson has cleared 1500 career points and is pushing for 2,000. A deep playoff run would likely help him hit the lofty number. It also would be key in Midwest City making a third straight Class 5A State Tournament. Denson was part of their worst to finish transformation that occurred during his freshman and sophomore years. Where the Bombers won the Class 5A State Title in 2024, which came on the heels of a 6-18 season in 2023. Denson started in 2023 as a young guard, who bombed threes. Steadily over the last few years he's developed an all around game. Now even putting up big rebounding numbers this year. Scoring is his DNA but it will take every bit of defense, rebounding and playmaking for Denson to help MWC to another State Tournament appearance.

Siquerios is one of the biggest mismatch problems in the state. He's built like a power forward, but has the handles and feel of a lead guard. It has led to impressive moments this year, especially as he's worked hard to maximize his offensive gifts. With his combination of power, handles and feel, he can be an one man press break. While also able to bully his way to the rim in the halfcourt. Naturally has good passing vision which only adds to the mismatch problems he can create. The Wolves have a chance to be a spoiler in Class 5A and make waves, because seniors like Siqueiros can single handedly dominate games.

Collinsville has reached back to back 5A State Tournaments, and even won 22 games this season. Yet they feel overlooked in the Class 5A playoff picture. Which is odd as they have reliable go to scorer in Scyrkels. He can get his from all over the court. Tall and physical around the rim with drives and posting up mismatches. Can work in the mid-range and even knock down long jumpers. Don't be surprised if the Cardinals pull an "upset" or two to reach the State Tournament and it will likely come with clutch scoring from Scykels.

Starnes has one of the best motors in the class. He's a force on the glass, runs the floor hard in transition and seems to always find that extra 10% to make things happen. His performance this year has already elevated Southwest Covenant to a top 5 ranking in Class A. Now the Patriots are only one win away from the Class A State Tournament, which would be their first appearance since 2018. If they are to punch their ticket this week, it will surely come off moment swinging and energy plays from the urgency that Starnes plays with.
