Players at the Class AA level that have taken their games to a higher level.

[player_tooltip player_id='2118471' first='Riley' last='Asmus'] of Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta (6'4). Asmus is an alpha on the court when his team needs him to be. Asmus plays for a balanced team that is undefeated this year because they can beat teams with balanced basketball. When Asmus, a Creighton baseball commit, puts the ball on the deck he's tough to stop because of his agility and bigs can't move with him so wings, usually smaller, have to guard him. Asmus can shoot it if needed but his team has that so Riley mixes his game up.

Carter Conn of Albert Lea (6'2). Coon is a physical guard who nearly averaged a double-double last season but is getting more help this team making his team deeper. He doesn't have to rebound as much as before but he is scoring nearly 20 points per game and the Tigers have been better than expected. Very good finisher at the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='3102117' first='Brayden' last='Mathews'] of LCWM (6'4). The Knights are 18-8 led by the 17-18 points a game from Mathews who leads a balanced team. How? Bryaden has good size and he is once again a 40 percent plus three point shooter but also a tough player that defends a team and helps in the paint as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1951088' first='Luke' last='Roschen'] of Goodhue (6'3). It's time people figure out how good Luke is. In AAU he was good but his team play may have led to some looking over him. Luke is a team player, but one that has scored 2,000 plus points. He is headed to SMSU but people knew Witt and Misegades were going there first. Roschen plays with [player_tooltip player_id='2394170' first='Alex' last='Loos'], a top ten sophomore, but it's Luke who is the leader. And now it's his team. Luke defends, he scores, he moves the ball, he leads, and now has become a big game top 30 in his class type of player. An All State player, and not just Class A.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560751' first='Weston' last='Rowe'] of Jackson County Central (6'8). Rowe has a football future but he has been outstanding as of late on the basketball court as well. Rowe just had 31 points in the league championship game for his latest double-double. Has also had recent double-doubles against Luverne and Windom among others.

[player_tooltip player_id='2124220' first='Austin' last='Ward'] of St. Clair (6'1). Austin is scoring 22 points a game on a team that has taken a step forward from last year. Ward is a good football player but also a good combo guard that can score and distribute for his team as well.
