Fisk makes his debut in the 2027 rankings after publicly announcing his intention on reclassing from 2026. The 17-year-old combo guard is off to a hot start this season being one of the focal points of the surging St. Frances offense. The Panthers are 18-4 overall with a couple of top-15 wins on their resume. What makes this even more impressive is that coming into the season, Nick Myles' roster was no where near as talented as they've been in the past, but due to the offensive dynamism from guys such as Fisk and [player_tooltip player_id='2975252' first='TJ' last='Jones'], they sit in the top spot of the BCL rankings as we enter mid-January. Fisk's pace, fluidity off the bounce and creativity as a score/playmaker are all aspects that have blossomed in his development over the last six months. With the reclass announcement, there will be a host of A10 schools watching him closely, but Villanova may have started what could become P5 attention as the Wildcats offered Fisk shortly after his standout performance at Jordan Brand Classic. He debuts at No. 11 and it a strong candidate to move up on this list over time.

Nix should've long been a name included in our rankings dating back to his successful sophomore campaign on a successful Sherwood team. Nevertheless, he makes his strong debut at No. 40 and like Fisk, is a prospect that has a chance to improve his ranking over time. He boasts a blend of size, physicality and athleticism that not many hybrid forwards in this class have. He earned his stripes as an underclassmen showing his chops in the paint and battling for boards, earning second chance opportunities on dump-offs or offering versatility on the defensive side of the ball. While he still prides himself on those foundational skills, he's shown improvement within the mid-range or even out on the perimeter as a real threat to knock down shots and space the floor. In fact, going into the last week of December, Nix was posting 25.3 points per game on 45 percent from beyond the arc while hauling in nine rebounds.

Duncan brings a lot of tools to the table that would catch the interest of college coaches and evaluators. He has positional size for the wing at 6-foot-5, a frame that appears will fill out nicely once in a college conditioning program and has put together highlight plays above the rim this season alone that pop. Springdale will once again be in the thick of things in the MPSC as they've gotten off to a 14-3 start to the season. Duncan's role has fluctuated a bit, but he's adjusted nicely and when he approaches the game with allowing his defense to create opportunities on the other end. The key with Duncan is consistency and polishing his decision making off the dribble. If he can improve in both of those categories, his chances of living up to being a scholarship level prospect rise significantly.

We got eyes on Robinson late last month at the Governors Challenge and the 6-foot guard impressed with his long-range shooting capabilities. A spot-up threat from the wing and the corners, Robinson helps space the floor for a Queen Anne's team that's equipped with a few dynamic guards. He showed IQ and instincts to adjust as his defender began over denying with swift backdoor cuts. He communicates, works at it defensively and seems to thrive in his role that can easily translate to the small college level.

Ndiritu impressed me in a recent viewing as Oakland Mills continues their undefeated start at 9-0 with a recent win over Wilde Lake. The 6-foot lead guard controls the offense and ensures execution in a half court setting while providing a nice balance as a scorer and playmaker. He's deceptive with the way he can gain advantages off the dribble and when he gets to his spot, can play off two with a fundamental skillset in making correct reads. He competes with a quiet, but confident edge to him. The Scorpions seem to be a year ahead of schedule when you look at their roster makeup and the production they get out of their juniors and sophomores. Ndiritu will not only be an impact name for them for the remainder of this season, but also in 2026-27 when they can be come a true juggernaut in the public school sector.
