With a high degree of turnover in the lineup surrounding him, Hughes has come back looking as improved as any player in the league. He's off to a torrid pace to start the year, averaging over 20 points a game highlighted by a school-record 43 in a win over Miller School (VA). Having previously tried to show himself as more of a wing, Hughes has thrived while committing himself to a mismatch '4' role that makes use of his size, quickness, athleticism, and budding skill. He'll have a chance to attract real D1 attention heading toward the spring but could really benefit from a year of prep school to continue building up his body and refining his game.

Ralls is somewhat of an established commodity, having been a key piece of the Carroll rotation since freshman year, but has elevated himself so far this winter with a scorching start to the year. Playing in a handful of high-profile showcases outside the area, Ralls is averaging close to 20 points per game while shooting well over 40% from beyond the arc. He's also shown growth as a playmaker while maintaining a positive assist-to-turnover ratio, and continues to profile as an elite on-ball pest defensively. High-level D2 programs and lower D1s should be monitoring Ralls closely, while prep school could also be a route worth considering with him being on the younger side of his grade.

A key piece toward helping get a new-look Ryan group off to a promising 2-2 start in league play, Brown has shown to be a huge addition as a transfer from Howard (DE). Coming from off the radar as his teams never rose to elite levels within Delaware, the smooth scoring guard has proven himself under the PCL spotlight, stepping right into the starting lineup and averaging double figures as Ryan's most potent perimeter scoring option. He's thrived as a floor-spacer off the catch while also making opportunistic plays off the bounce or in transition. Brown profiles as a high-priority recruit at the small-college level and is pushing himself toward a scholarship with the way he's playing for a competitive Ryan team.

Helping O'Hara to a feisty 2-2 start to league play thus far, Hartman has emerged from the outskirts of rotation a year ago and proven to be a valued piece on the wing. Hartman has always looked the part with standout length and graceful athleticism but is turning potential into production to the first time while averaging close to double figures on efficient shooting from the field. We'd like to see him incorporate a more consistent perimeter stroke but he's done well to use his physical and athletic tools to impact games around the rim on both ends. Hartman could prove to be a sneaky late add at the small-college or even D2 levels, or could really benefit from a prep year to continue adding experience and strength.

Having quietly risen his way up the program in the shadows of a vaunted 2025 class, Lesovitz has experience under his belt but has raised his stock while being called on to step into a primary scoring role for the first time. He's answered the bell with consistent double-figure performances even while struggling from the perimeter, showing his versatility as a slasher and active off-ball cutter and crasher. Lesovitz has always been a tough-nosed presence on defense and in the floor game with underrated athleticism and quickness. He's an under-the-radar option for scholarship-level programs or could prove to be a steal at the high-academic small-college level.
