Facing off with a talented Crestwood Prep team from Canada, Kretkowski struggled to find his footing a bit in an uncharacteristic first half for St. Joe's, but came alive in a big way as the Falcons soared ahead before leaving with the win. The swing forward was effective attacking from a variety of spots on the floor, using a blend of power, explosiveness, and herky-jerkyness to attack the rim off the bounce. He knocked down a pair of 3s, one off the catch and one via a smooth stepback. Kretkowski would finish a team-high 22 points, just two points shy of his 1,000th for his career.

SPIRE left with an overtime loss but by no fault of Reynolds, a rangy hybrid forward who's had an effective pair of games thus far in Jersey. The southpaw would finish with 16 points, thriving with his length and activity around the basket. He feasted on scrap points as a cutter and crashing the glass. Additionally, Reynolds showed some ability attacking off the bounce to his left hand with flashes of floor-spacing potential to tap into moving forward. With his athletic ability, motor, and foundational skillset, Reynolds certainly looks to have upside at the mid-major level or beyond as he starts to add some strength to his frame.

The most intriguing long-term prospect on SPIRE's International Varsity team, Goring has really caught the eye with his two-way ability on the interior. Coming off a bit of a growth spurt over the past year and change, he mans the paint with a blend of grace and aggressiveness. He's extremely light on his feet with soft, passer-friendly hands and a swift touch as a finisher around the rim off lobs or dumpoffs. Defensively, he shows great verticality as a rim protector while also being able to drop his hips smoothly on the perimeter for multiple slides. He's still coming into his own physically and learning to impose his will on games, but all the building blocks are there for a future high-major big man.

One of the more naturally gifted perimeter players in the class across the country, Bouie made it look effortless at times while leading his powerful SPIRE squad to a runaway win over College Achieve Charter (NJ). The rangy wing scorer was a menace attacking the rim both in transition and the halfcourt, covering ground with extreme grace before soaring above the rim for explosive finishes over or around the rotating defenders. He flashed his ability as a shotmaker as well, and added a pair of impressive blocked jump shots on the other end that showcased his length and quick-twitch ability. Still 17 years old, Bouie has substantial upside to continue maturing into as he moves forward to the SEC.

A midyear addition for SPIRE, Pur looks to be getting more and more comfortable and was rewarded with the starting nod on Friday night. He responded with a strong double-figure performance that offered a glimpse into his two-way ability in the frontcourt. The South Sudanese big man plays with a relentless motor and moves with a level of ease and control that's rare to find at his size. He shows to be a versatile defender with his ability to protect the rim and slide his feet on the perimeter with smaller players. Offensively, he was effective as a cleanup man inside but also showed some ability to create his own shot from the post or space the floor as a shooter and decisionmaker with the ball. He continues to trend as a high-major frontcourt target in the 2027 class.
