<p>On January 1st-3rd I was at many games around the state watching the <strong>Hoophall West</strong> at Skyline HS and the <strong>NIKE Tournament of Champions</strong> at multiple locations in the East Valley.</p>

<p>A shooting guard with more size will rattle in threes off the catch one by one with a super quick trigger. He will also hesitate to the basket with a euro and earned trips to the free throw line. He reads the court better then a year ago and defending on the ball. </p>

<p>A bigger two-way defensive guard collect steals in bunches and rebounds exceptionally well. He is extending his natural shooting range beyond the three point line but he still has is patented mid-range J, back door layups and impressive dunks on the break. He had 27 points with an incredible six steals and six rebounds. </p>

<p>A top-notch two-way scoring guard can defend multiple positions and play them. He is a tough shot maker in traffic with next level body control. He will score with offensive rebound put backs, contact scores and he hit two clutch threes off the catch down the stretch of the game. </p>

<p>Another top of the food chain two-way player can play three positions for the top ranked team in the state. He will score it with threes off the catch or pull, tough downhill takes with his long strides using next level body control in the air and runs the floor better then most in the state. </p>

<p>A versatile guard who can also play and defend a few positions for the Wolves. He will score it with mid-range jumpers, catch threes, downhill takes with contact and gets on the glass with offensive rebound put backs. The southpaw is comfortable with the ball in his hands or off it. </p>

<p>One of the tougher defensive guards in the state makes you feel his presence on defense with also using his quicker feet and hands. He collects steals and makes shots as a 3 and D type. His three point shooting is a weapon and he can pull-up from mid-range with plus elevation. </p>

<p>Arguably the strongest two-guard in the class locally can defend his positions and he is a plus rebounder using his size and frame. He will score with step thrus to the basket and quick catch and shoot triples one by one. He also moves the ball like you should and he will be one of their main weapons all season long. </p>

<p>One of the top SG's left on the board has elite size and length. He can score it from all levels with high level pull-ups from mid to the three with deep volleyball line range. He has elite body control in the air and he will handle contact takes. He is also a good passer and will rebound well in his area. </p>
