Rivera plays with good pace and doesn't force the action, letting scoring chances come naturally within the flow. He also crashes the glass well for a guard, using his size and instincts to come up with extra possessions. Defensively, he competes, stays engaged, and uses his length to bother ball-handlers and contest shots. Overall, he's a two-way guard who can space the floor, impact winning in multiple areas, and keep trending upward.
