<p><strong>Marion County Semifinal Results</strong></p>

<p>In the central Indiana area, most eyes were on the semifinals of the Marian County Tournament. Below are the results and player performances.</p>

<p><strong>Terre Haute North wins 7th Straight Shoe Trophy over South</strong></p>

<p>Arguably the top rivalry game of the night came between both Terre Haute North and South. In the annual Shoe Trophy Game that is played in the Hulman Center at Indiana State, it was the North Patriots that won their 7th south vs their city rival South. THN was led by [player_tooltip player_id='2140323' first='Blake' last='Hammond'] with 18 points, [player_tooltip player_id='2425772' first='Tyler' last='Renn'] 11 points, [player_tooltip player_id='1561105' first='Brady' last='Klopfenstein'] and Cam Fennell 10 points each. The final score was 72-59. North improves to 9-3. </p>

<p><strong>Snider Beats Homestead on the road</strong></p>

<p>In one of the more impressive wins of the night, Fort Wayne Snider came away with a big one. Going on the road, the Panthers were able to beat the Homestead Spartans 71-52 in a game that they controlled for the entire contest. They were led in scoring by Trell Houge with 18 points, [player_tooltip player_id='2416898' first='Chance' last='DeRossett'] with 15 points, and [player_tooltip player_id='1744397' first='Xavier' last='Wilson'] with 11 points. With the win, Snider improves to 9-5. </p>
