Bowman has been a big riser this season as an athletic, physical forward who can score efficiently around the basket, clean the glass, and play some hard-nosed defense. He lacks some size for a true post, but his athleticism, strength, energy, ability to run the floor, and chase guys around defensively have caught the eyes of a lot of people this winter.

Heisel showed his impact last season as a versatile, long defender who can defend multiple positions. This season, he has become a bigger two-way factor with some added playmaking on the offensive end and the ability to stretch the floor a little more. He's another hard worker at Bellarmine and helps to anchor them inside.

He missed some time, but now he's back in Lynden's lineup, and he gives them a big boost on the offensive end. He's an excellent 3-point shooter but also has the size and strength at 6-foot-6 to take his game to the post. Has good post control, is poised, and can do some playmaking when defenses focus on him. I expect Lynden to start finding their groove with him and [player_tooltip player_id='2464769' first='Ty' last='Jorgenson'] getting back into the fold.

Meza has a pure stroke and quick feet, and has really stepped up this season at Prep to be an excellent catch-and-shoot threat who can still attack closeouts, attack gaps, and shift defenses. He plays with a lot of energy and toughness that has helped him impact the game in more ways to add to his impressive 3-point shooting.

DeJong looks even stronger this season, and it has shown up with his ability to bump guys off, create space, and finish through contact inside. As of January 8th, he was averaging just under 29 PPG, and he does it efficiently, without taking a ton of threes. He's a legit, downhill player, and also contributes on the glass.
