Webb has officially arrived on the recruiting scene, having secured his first high-major offer from Penn State along with interest from power conference programs across the country. Averaging north of 22 points per game, Webb has been a consistent matchup nightmare with his ability to stretch defenses out to the arc and also use his size and athleticism to make highlight plays above the rim. He's learning to play his hardest with greater consistency, but the natural talent is evident in everything Webb does on the floor. He'll have a chance to push toward the top 5 of our ranking as soon as this spring where he figures to draw a lot of eyes on the MADE Hoops circuit.

Technically the highest-ranked newcomer in this update, Muhammad-Gray slots right into the top 10 after reclassing back from his original 2026 class following the ACL tear which cost him his original junior year. Now healthy and continuing to work off the rust from the time on the sidelines, he's impressed under a heavy workload as Imhotep's consistent focal point in an otherwise injury-riddled rotation. He's shown growth as a consistent perimeter shooter while continuing to develop as a scorer and facilitator off the dribble. Muhammad-Gray's blend of power, skill, and motor at his size have generated steady attention at the mid and high-major levels.

Returning after a breakout sophomore year, Rajkovich has picked up where he left off, averaging nearly 22 points per game while leading Derry to a 12-6 record so far this season. Coming off a buzzer-beating game-winner and having recently scored his 1,000th career point, Rajkovich thrives as a consistent mismatch with a blend of size, skill, and athleticism. He's a highlight waiting to happen as a dunker in the halfcourt or transition while posing a steady threat as a floor-spacer to the perimeter and flashing as a playmaker off the bounce. Though still a bit inexperienced against players who can match his overall talent level, Rajkovich has a clear upside to move on to the D1 level as he continues to come into his own.

Unlike many of the forwards ranked above him, Monroe doesn't always have a feature role in his team's offense, but nonetheless manages to impress by starring in his role and showing the two-way versatility that should go a long way toward intriguing college coaches. Monroe shines on the defensive end with a nonstop motor blending with his size, length, and mobility to allow him to guard across multiple positions and blow up plays as an off-ball playmaker. He thrives mostly as a finisher offensively, whether in the halfcourt or transition, but shows flashes of consistent floor spacing to the perimeter and even some playmaking off the dribble. Monroe is still a bit of a ball of clay, but one we'd be itching to get our hands on to develop in the right D1 situation.

A third-year starter among typically senior-laden groups, Diehl has stepped up this season into a consistent double-figure scorer while helping the Eagles to an 11-6 start and positioning them for a run at a district title. The lanky swingman is at his best as a floor-spacer off the catch, where he's been known to connect in bunches from beyond the arc. He's a razor sharp passer and opportunistic ballhandler within CV's movement-heavy system, while using his length and instincts to make up somewhat for his lack of strength and speed on the defensive end. Diehl could still stand to be even more aggressive in search of his own shot, but profiles as a plug-and-play option at the scholarship level with his shooting and IQ on the wing at his size.
