Holding down a spot in the top 3, Newson has made a seamless transition to the Catholic League while helping Neumann to a 6-1 start in league play. The biggest and most athletic member of a deep rotation of scholarship-level guards at the Saints' disposal, Newson has thrived doing the dirty work while still managing to be a consistently dynamic scoring threat. A transfer from Academy of the New Church, he's shown he can pick his spots and utilize his burst and blossoming ball skills to attack the rim in the flow of the offense. Newson has also shown continued growth as a perimeter shooter, all while having to guard bigger players on most nights and racking up deflections to kickstart the Saints' transition attack. He continues to be monitored closely by programs up to the high-major level and is in the conversation for the #1 spot in the state.

Stewart skyrocketed into the top 10 in our last update and makes another jump this time into the top 5. The lanky guard has stepped up into a reliable go-to scoring option for a Westtown team as strong as any in the state, blossoming into what looks to be a high-major prospect. He's played this season with a notable bounce in his step, putting together explosive scoring performances on the back of his dynamic shooting stroke, budding dribble-drive arsenal, and consistent instincts in the floor game. While still a bit under the radar within conversations about the state's top prospects, Stewart has continuously shown he deserves to be talked about near the very top of the class.

Hitting the ground running as part of a talent-laden young core at Phelps, Ivery has clearly established himself among the upper echelon of prospects statewide. A rangy southpaw by way of Columbus Academy (OH), he stands out with his versatility and overall feel for the game while filling in gaps for the Lions across the positional spectrum on either end of the floor. Ivery plays with a poise and composure that can't be taught while blossoming into a high-level athlete in open space with burgeoning strength throughout his wiry frame. One of the younger members of the 2027 class, he still boasts a considerable long-term upside while showing he can already be a productive factor toward winning basketball.

A returning All-PCL performer from a year ago, Francis has clearly taken another step or two forward while placing himself firmly in the mix for MVP honors at the midway point of the league slate. Leading a guard-heavy Bonner attack, Francis has been the consistent focal point not only with his scoring but also with his contributions across the floor game. He sets the tone with his physical and aggressive downhill style while continuing to grow as a perimeter shooter in both pullup and catch-and-shoot situations. Francis uses his strength and burgeoning athleticism to guard across multiple positions while also hitting the glass consistently. He also flashes capabilities as a lead guard despite spending most of his time off the ball for the time being. Francis is being prioritized by mid-major programs across the region while beginning to creep onto the radar of power conference schools as well.

While Friends' Central has taken a few lumps so far this season overall, Feamster has continuously impressed as the Phoenix's offensive focal point. Averaging around 17 points per game and having scored his 1,000th career point earlier this month, he's continued to establish himself as one of the region's premier perimeter shooters while showing steady growth in his floor game and overall scoring package at the same time. Feamster has struck a good balance of letting the game come to him while still staying persistently aggressive, generating his offense within the flow of the game and making strides as a facilitator for others. He's being tracked closely by a variety of mid-major programs across the East Coast with some sniffs from the high-major level as well.
