The first PH NorCal Class of 2029 Rankings have been released. There's a total of 76 prospects listed in our first edition of the Class of 2029. 52 ranked, 24 on the Watch List. As young players develop, some will grow in size, others will expand their skill sets. There's a good chance players will move up and down throughout the course of their high school careers. There will be prospects we missed, or haven't seen this time around. PH Norcal is always out and about looking for the best prospects in NorCal to add to the list.

The 6'3 guard is averaging 24.8ppg in the early season. He's a big guard with a polished set of skills that allows him to generate buckets in different ways. He handles, has balance, can fend off defenders on drives to the basket, or pull up for mid-range jumpers off the dribble, he can hit 3-pointers as well. What might get overlooked right now is his ability to facilitate. He's a good passer with vision.

He's long plays under control, and balanced already showing a versatile type of game. He's productive around the basket, shows patience, scores in traffic. He attacks, passes, and shoots from the high post. He can work the baseline, hit 3's from the corners, and the top. He's a rebounder with a quick jump. At 6'5 and growing he can handle, and pass with guard like tendencies. He defends the post, and out on the perimeter. He's averaging 17pts, 10 rebounds a game.

He's developing his post skill set on both ends of the court. He's been productive, will be a key piece. He passes from the high post, can hit the paint jumper. You can go to him on the low block, if balanced, he has the touch to turn and finish around the rim. He's the top shot blocker in the NorCal Class of 2029. He's long, doesn't go for too many fakes. He's a double, double at this level, right now 11pt, 10 rebs, consistency will be key.

There's some natural talent in Phillips. He's long, runs, and moves at a good pace. At 6'8 out on the perimeter, he can handle and create off the dribble at times, use a burst that leads to points in the paint and dunks. He'll rebound, help bring it up in transition. He might go coast to coast with a high flying dunk. He's still developing his shooting form, but will shoot an open 3.

Around 6'6 and growing, Harris has a skill set that will continue to expand over time. Right now he's starting and averaging 11 point a game, grabbing 7 rebounds working mostly in and around the post area. We've seen him operate away from the basket, handling, passing and attacking the basket from the perimeters, and in transition. He has a calmness in his approach.
