One of the elite shooters in Ohio, Waters has consistently produced at the varsity level and grassroots level, playing up at the 17 U age group on the UA Rise circuit. Waters led the GCL Co-Ed in scoring as a sophomore and with [player_tooltip player_id='2872614' first='Tarik' last='Fadel Mula'] joining McNicholas, he should have more space to operate as the defense won't solely be looking to take him away. I'm also encouraged by his 1.5 steals per game though two contests to open up his junior season. That defensive impact could go a long way towards giving him the opportunity to play right away at the college level.

A throwback point guard, Harrison excels at ball pressure, setting the table and knocking down open shots. More traditional and old school basketball fans will be a big fan of Harrison's game as he checks boxes that help you win and is consistent with his effort. Being a primary ball handler for one of the most talented teams in Ohio, Harrison will have plenty of chances to impress basketball fans and college coaches from across the state this winter.

Maumee Valley Country Day has really stood out in early season scrimmages and they are 3-0 on the season with wins over a Toledo city league opponent, a conference rival and an out of state team. Stokes is one of the most productive high school guards in the 2027 class as his quickness and shot-making ability is really tough for schools in Division VI to stop. Expect Stokes to put up monster scoring, assist and steals numbers this winter.

One of the most athletic guards in Ohio, Martin provides a different dynamic to New Albany this season with a guard who can play above the rim in transition and fly up and down the court. Martin was having a big fall at the Nova Village fall league and scored eight straight points for New Albany in their tough win over Grove City last weekend. After taking visits to Evansville and IU Indy, Martin's recruitment is ready to officially take shape in the spring.
