Elite Prep League Standouts – Class of 2026 Part 2

The Elite Prep League's Class of 2026 continues to deliver talent and intrigue, with another group of standouts emerging as leaders and difference-makers on the court. These athletes have not only impressed with their individual skills but have also elevated their teams with leadership, versatility, and clutch performances throughout the season.    Carmelo the 6-foot-2 prospect. Between his intangibles, skillset, and physical tools, the southpaw certainly has a lot to like about his identity. Swinson is a very smart, tough/rugged two-way guard who can fill it up in a variety of ways. He's comfortable applying pressure as a creator or off-ball threat. Swinson displays a nice handle with sharp vision and the ability to reliably attack off the dribble. He's a terrific shooting threat who moves well without the ball and consistently knocks down jumpers along the perimeter. Swinson is also comfortable using his strong plug n play size to rebound for his size/position and consistently contains his assignment defensively with no hesitation.     VCU signee. Flash impressive long-term potential as he develops into his future role at the collegiate level next year. The fluid 2026 big forward alters the game defensively with his elite rim-protecting ability and timing. Offensively, he shows soft touch around the basket and growing confidence stretching the floor from deep. Ross combination of mobility, shot-blocking, and inside-out scoring tools makes him one of the top bigs in the Elite Prep School league. The young man is loaded with upside and potential.     The Solvenia product impress in the two game I watch pumping in 31 and 21 points respectable in two games. Also showed to be an elite 3pt shooter as well knocking down 10-18 3-pointers in the two games as well. Golijovic highlighted everything that makes him an impactful all-around player throughout this weekend. He's a long, solid build, the well-rounded wing ability to make plays with or without the ball in his hands was noticeable. Gilijovic also showed himself to be a willing defender picking up a couple steals. He rebounded his position very well and possessed the necessary skill to lead the break in transition. Golijovic can initiate the offense, set up others, and apply scoring pressure in several ways.     An efficient weekend for Andrew this weekend showed a solid all-around game for Athletes in Action, as he was active and engaged throughout, impacted the game in several ways, and was incredibly productive for his team. With his size, he was able to be a strong option around the basket, finishing with touch around the basket, attacking the glass to create extra opportunities, and simply being engaged playing with a strong motor on either side. And showing to be an option out on the perimeter knocking the 17-foot jumper and moving well in space and being a big piece in the paint but also shows a good skillset in other areas of the court.     The Super athletic big. Delivered an impactful performance throughout the weekend. Always ready for the pass, finishing through contact, and move with purpose. Battling on the boards, competing physically, and setting the tone with his effort. Darnell is one of the top athletic “BIGS” in the EPL league. Signed with Boston University
