On Thursday and Friday, I attended the Rivers Holiday Tournament at their facility in Weston, MA. Though I didn't see any of the bracket play, I watched every team's first game.

There were a good number of college-level players present, so I'll be covering some over the next couple days.

To continue on, here are some polished wings.

Nunes is a do-it-all guy for Austin Prep who has shown more offensive flashes than I thought he would this season. The 6-foot-3 wing has proven to be a knock-down perimeter shooter and even had some pretty turnaround shots from the mid range against Rivers. Additionally, though, he's a phenomenal rebounder for his size and can defend both up and down positionally because of his length, athleticism and toughness. The sophomore plays well beyond his years and is going to be a key player for Austin Prep this season and in the future. Definite college prospect.

Millward is an intriguing prospect because of his combination of size and skill. The 6-foot-4 wing has the ability to shoot the ball from the perimeter, but he can also attack closeouts and hit shots from the mid range or get all the way to the cup for finishes. He won't necessarily wow you with above-the-rim athleticism, but he's crafty with his footwork and has decent strength. He also showcased some really solid playmaking ability, which could definitely be expanded on over the next couple of years.

Costello didn't make tons of shots from three in Rivers' game against Austin Prep, but the 6-foot-4 sophomore really impressed with his physical tools and toughness. He was impossible to contend with in the paint and had a good number of putback finishes because of his ability to be around the ball and find the right spots on the floor to be. Even as a sophomore, his physicality was his most impressive attribute, and he was playing against a good number of older players. Any college level is on the table for Costello.

Brown was Frederick Gunn's most impressive offensive and defensive player against Governor's Academy, and it wasn't particularly close. The 6-foot-5 wing dominated the paint by getting tons of offensive rebounds for putbacks but also got to the front of the rim via the dribble with absolute ease. He can finish with both hands and with lots of contact, and he showed an impressive ability to handle the rock and make shots from the outside. The junior should be on the radar of top D3 programs, but anything is possible with a year left.

Kazantzis is a strong-bodied wing who can do a little bit of everything offensively and fits into a team system quite well. The 6-foot-3 junior has a good handle, a solid three point shot, and the athleticism necessary to finish at the rim with contact. He looks like he's ready to play college hoops right now physically, and I love the way he makes quick decisions for himself or others when he gets the ball—he doesn't waste dribbles or movements. D3 programs should be intrigued by Kazantzis is a strong-bodied wing who can do a little bit of everything offensively and fits into a team system quite well.

Bernstein is under the radar, but he won't be for long. The 6-foot-2 wing has a beautiful shot, something very few kids his age have mastered to the degree he has. His footwork, balance, and release point are perfect, and he shoots it consistently off the catch or off the dribble. He does a great job using up-fakes to let the defense fly past him, and he's always ready to shoot on the catch. He hit a bunch of threes against Proctor on Friday and really impressed with his composure and confidence. Bernstein has a super bright future ahead and is only going to continue to get better and better.
