Peoria at Paradise Honors Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On Monday, December 8th I took a trip to <strong>Paradise Honors</strong>. The Panthers hosted a retooling <strong>Peoria</strong> squad that still has transfers sitting. A 4A matchup with two teams who are trying to get back to the playoffs. The game was wire to wire and came down to the clutch. Scaren likes to read passing lanes and looks for steals. He has solid footwork that allows him to get off tough midrange jump shots. He is a very good on ball defender and will take on the toughest matchup. Keenan seems to make the right reads that either lead to his own buckets or assist to teammates. Keenan is a good three point shooter and hits his free throws. He sets up the offense and can handle pressure without Turing the ball over. He has good looking form and a fast release. He is also a strong driver that can finish well around the rim. He plays good individual defense and reads passing lanes really well that lead to fast break opportunity's. He has great 3 and D qualities and he thrives in his role. Mare has great handle and speed with the ball. He is a shifty point guard that can get down hill with ease. He has great vision and always on the lookout for his big men and shooters. He can finish by the rim with finesse and even hit the floater. He is a solid defenders with good hands and uses his lateral quickness to stay Infront of players. Christopher has a nice looking shooting stroke and hit the three at a high clip. He is a very lengthy player that uses it on both ends of the floor. He uses his length to finish at the bucket or on defense to poke the ball away from ball handlers. He also takes on some of the ball handler duties when needed. James is a true big man that plays with his back to the basket and is a force in the paint. James has nice touch around the rim and finishes through contact. He is a very strong rebounder on both ends and will get easy second chance points for his team. He has good feet and has a high basketball IQ.
