Lyddan has made quite a jump from last season and appears to be a prospect that is trending in the right direction as a name to know early in the season. Mead has not gotten off to the expected start, but that has gotten a bright spot as their core is starting to gel. He's filling up the box sheet. He's averaging 9.7 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals a game and has held down the fort for the past couple of games scoring-wise. Now he's adapting to going back to being a complementary piece that can get himself going and remain productive. He scores in bunches, rebounds his position, and embraces being the focal point. Even when game-planned for, he continues to deliver. His early-season performances has him as a prospect whose stock is moving up quickly.

Foot is a player that we've wanted to see a bit more of, and although he started his senior year out a bit rocky, he's now making some noise. He's coming off his best game of the season, and that is him finishing with a career-high in points of 22 points. He was very efficient from the field as he put up an impressive 11-13 from the field, and all of them are inside. He finishes well around the rim, he moves without the ball, and is the team's workhorse who cannot be denied. He gives them energy at times that is contagious, and we want to see him remain aggressive.

Elliott is certainly a new name to know and is a player who has been turning heads to begin the season. He's been on a tear as a player that opposing teams have had to get to know, as he is putting up 9.8 points a game. He's scoring from all levels, taking what the defense is giving him, and not forcing shots. The best part of his game as been how he's been dissecting defenses and finding the open man. He's putting up 4.8 assists a game as a game-changing guard who the team feels comfortable putting the ball in his hands and letting him operate. We'd like to see those turnovers go down, but that's what you get when you have a player taking chances on the floor. He's worth taking a deeper look at!

Dunn is another prospect that we've seen have his moments, but we wanted to see him dominate a bit more. He looks like he's finally finding his footing there. As a 6'7 paint beast, we wanted to see him be uncontained, and we just saw that in his last game, where he delivered his best game of the season. He put up 22 points, 14 rebounds and recorded 3 steals and 3 blocks in a win over Smoky Hill. While we don't expect that each night, we do expect him to be more impactful in games as he has this kind of ceiling. He can control the boards, score through defenders, and get out and show his elite athleticism on the break. We see what he's capable of, now it's time to consistently put it together. He's a name to follow this season. We want him to record a few more double-doubles and take the league by storm!

Horizon needed stability in the backcourt, and Chavez has delivered. He's controlling tempo, getting the ball where it needs to go, and picking his moments to attack. As the primary handler, he's been composed as he handles pressure, and more importantly, he's been efficient. He's averaging solid assist numbers while also offering scoring when it's required. With Horizon's frontcourt talent, his balance is critical and keeps defenses honest. The more he settles in, the higher their ceiling becomes, but he's off to an extremely hot start to the season.
