Livingston Academy</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Analysis:</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='2133810' first='Ty' last='Cobb'] might be a better high school player than recent 2,000-point scorer Cade Capps, and that is saying plenty. Upperman will be back in the State Tournament after winning last year and they will enter as favorites. District play will challenge them, but their sights on set on a target well down the road. Stone Memorial is stronger than their 8-6 record indicates, and they are one of just two teams to defeat Pickett County so far. Livingston Academy is not good this season. Layne already signed to attend Tennessee Wesleyan University next fall.
